Good product at a great price
I bought the headset and for almost 1 month used it for phone, video calls/meetings and enjoy its light weight while aware of my surroundings. It’s noise cancelling microphone does a descent job of minimize background noise for people on the other end. I give it a 5.0 today.

Work amazingly!
I just bought these, and really enjoy them. I use them at work and was surprised how well they work. I wasn’t sure what to expect. I hope they work as well when I’m driving with the top down in my car!

Wanted to like these headphones
I really wanted to like these headphones. I bought a G3 previously and the audio quality was good but the Mic wasn’t as great. Considering that I telework and use MS Teams heavily, it’s imperative that I’m clear on my calls/conferences. The G3 headphones were good but the Mic quality could use some improvement. In the case of DG10 Pro, I couldn’t even keep them on long enough to properly test them, as the headphone vibrations were awful.Other reviews mentioned this but in my case, the vibrations were felt on both sides of the headphones, not just the left side. Adding to that, the Mic quality was subpar. I was really hoping to keep those headphones but the vibrations and subpar Mic quality are deal breakers. Returning.

Fantastic headset!
I’m incredibly impressed with this bone conducting headset! I primarily use it for conference calls, and the audio quality is consistently excellent. Background noise is minimized, and I can hear clearly even in busy environments. The build quality feels very sturdy and durable.Pairing with my Bluetooth adapter on my laptop and cell phone was a breeze. I experienced a minor issue initially with my softphone client, but customer service was fantastic. Jenna responded promptly and resolved the issue efficiently.I highly recommend this headset to anyone who needs a reliable and comfortable option for professional calls. If you encounter any issues, reaching out to MONODEAL customer support is easy and they are very helpful.

These headphones are a fantastic choice for both conference calls and music listening. The sound quality is excellent, delivering crisp, balanced audio that works perfectly for meetings and provides an immersive experience for music. The noise-canceling feature on the microphone is outstanding, ensuring your voice is clear and free from background noise during calls.Battery life is impressive, easily lasting through a full day of use without needing a recharge. Comfort is another highlight—the lightweight design and soft ear cushions make them easy to wear for hours without causing any ear pressure. In terms of build quality, the materials feel premium and durable. The finish has a sleek, modern look, and the touch is smooth and pleasant, giving it a high-end feel. Overall, this is a high-quality product that I highly recommend for both work and leisure!

I went ahead with a search and purchase because I was ready for headphone options at the gym. It had to be wireless because my phone lacked an audio out jack, and wires are a nuisance in moving around. I didn’t like bulky headphones that make me sweat more, and I really liked the idea of the bone conduction to be able to hear my surroundings. OK, let’s find something reasonably priced but rated well, and give it a try, so I ordered the Monodeal DG10 Pro. This met my needs from the first time I charged it up and wore it to the gym, don’t know why I hadn’t tried the concept before. The 5.3 Bluetooth is very capable of quick connection, and easy enough to redirect if the headphones encounter multiple Bluetooth signals such as from a phone and a previously connected laptop. Just tell the undesired source to disconnect. The reception range from the source is very good, easily 20 or 30 feet. The bone conduction part is so cool, that you can hear it clearly while someone next to you doesn’t notice the audio at all, and meanwhile, you are hearing whatever is going on around you normally. The sound is different than an enclosed headphone, but quite clear. The spectral balance seems adequate, just not quite so much bass. Trying to add extra boost to the bass doesn’t really work because those notes become more of a buzz vibration on the main external contact point than inside your ears. That seems like a negative but one gets used to the different less bassy spectrum and it’s really great to have the clear audio always there but not interfering with ambient sound. Then there’s the mic on its own little swing up boom, so you can put it up and hidden or down and near your mouth, and it works great, according to people I talk to with it, even in a slightly noisy environment. Answering or making a call is super easy, with a larger button on the right side for interactions with your phone or computer.Battery life is very acceptable. I haven’t had an opportunity to run it down enough to shut off, but I am fairly consistent with charging after several avg uses. The charging connector is proprietary but it works very well, a magnetic connector to eliminate any opening to the circuits so sweat or rain don’t have an affect. I also like that the behind the ear and back of the neck design put it out of the way and I quickly forget that I’m wearing it, taking the more than adequate audio for granted. For the cost, the DG10 Pro is a great performer and you will likely be positively impressed to have a new sound option wherever you go. I’m glad I went ahead with the purchase and am keeping it.

I have had a certain brand’s Titanium bone conducting headphones from back when their name was longer. Now that I have been in more and more meetings for work, I have tried various headsets to get a good balance of comfort and functionality. I started with closed-back double ear headphones (good sound, hard to have side conversations when muted, bulky to be portable), then went to single-ear “trucker” headset with boom mic (good sound, bulky to be portable so bought second pair). Then I saw that the bone conducting company had a version with a boom mic. You now have my attention. Then I saw the price tag….. Before jumping that far into the deep end, I figured I’d try a different brand of this design and that’s when I stumbled upon this Monodeal DG10 Pro. The price *really* caught my eye, especially when compared to what I’ll call the “reference mark” for bone conducting headsets.I’ve only used it for a few days so far, but here are my initial thoughts/impressions:* The band connecting the two halves is *slightly* shorter than my existing headphones, but that helps keep the bone conductors tight to my head and allows my to lean my head back against my chair comfortably* Battery life seems very good* Sound is clear* No mute button/function (I missed this in the FAQ at the bottom of the listing, but found out after reaching out to the very responsive customer support email address)* Certain voices can cause a vibration in the left bone conductor, even at lower volumes* Unit appears to power down when charging, meaning you’ll have to power back on before answering a call if using a charger during work hours* Microphone boom is very flexible and swings up out of the way if not needed or for making a little more compact for portability* Intuitive controls that are easy to find and operateOverall I’m very satisfied with this headset. They aren’t perfect (in *my* opinion), but they are really darn good – especially at this price point. Very speedy responses from their customer support is extra icing on the cake.9/10, would recommend.

I purchased another Monodeal headset with a USB C charging port (DG08), but had trouble with connection issues. I tried contacting support, but their solutions did not help. I returned that model and purchased the DG10 which has worked perfectly, especially with multipoint. I have two phones and a PC that I swap back and forth with, and the DG10 has no issues. This is bone-conducting, so music is not the best, but it is fine for Teams/Zoom and phone calls. Mic is good but could be better. But again, I’m not recording a podcast. It’s fine for calls and the noise cancelling is decent to filter out background noise working from home. My big beef is the charging method. I’m not too fond of the proprietary cord. Although, they can be found on Amazon. Battery life is decent. I can typically go two work days, listening to a podcast most of the day, before recharging. And they’re comfortable. No issues wearing them all day. If you can keep track of the proprietary cord, these are a great option for a WFH setup.
