introductory, intermediate and some advanced content for teens
This book is quite impressive. There is some good introductory level materials, and I especially like the section on budgeting for teenagers. The introductory materials are mixed in with some rather advanced materials as well. For example, the sound advice of credit cards and starting to build a sound credit rating is backed up by some interesting information on how credit ratings are established. The section on saving is followed by information on investing, including introductions to apps that allow a person to invest on the stock market with no fees. There is even an explanation of Index Funds and Exchange-Traded Funds. This is great information, and it is not introductory level.I think Sydney Parker has put a great deal of work into this book, and while it has introductory-level information, it definitely goes into the intermediate level, and even beyond that at times.Very solid information. Congratulations on writing it!

Good book for teens to learn about money
This book explains all the financial aspects for teens well. I like the multiple quizzes at the end of the chapters, which help me understand what I’ve read. It encourages teens to talk about finances with their family and friends in a healthy manner, which can be learned. This book will help teens and parents start a conversation about money.

Simple language for teens to understand the financial concepts. Also nice quotes that would resonate with a teen and straight forward quiz at the end of each chapter to reinforce the content.

Altamente consigliato!

This book about money skills for teens is a great gift idea for any kid wanting to learn more about money. It covered everything from simple money terminology, budgeting and planning for the future. There were pop quizzes sprinkled throughout with questions that I found helpful in learning comprehension. I also enjoyed that at several places in the book the young readers were encouraged to help out their peers with being money conscience and thoughtful with spending. We learned what apps are useful for budgeting and investing, which I found to be extremely helpful. Really well written and easy to understand.
