    This mindfulness kit is a good match for someone who knows that s/he should be more mindful in order to have more peace and joy, but who is too busy to devote a lot of time to figuring out what to do, or who is just not familiar with mindfulness habits.It includes a month’s worth of cards which have mindfulness-inspired quotes on one side to think about through the day, or to set as your inspiration for the day. On the flip side of the cards is your mindfulness activity/experience for the day — from a few minutes of stilling your mind to journaling to mindful tea, etc. — a different one for each day.There is also a journal booklet that comes with the set, which you can use to write journal entries. It even has some designs to mindfully color. And there is a checklist so that you remember to do it each day.I think it is a helpful way to make your month more mindful and start some good habits, especially if you don’t have a dedicated meditation practice and aren’t into reading a lot of books about the subject. What you get out of it, of course, depends on what you put in. If you do all the activities conscientiously, I think you’ll enjoy each one and be able to continue your favorites after the month is over. Or just start the set again for the next month.

    I love this product from Mind Panda. A Month of Mindfulness is a beautifully packaged series of cards which lay out a clear and simple route to mindful awareness. Each card gives a practice to try on one side and an explanation or a quote on the reverse. As an experienced practitioner I am really loving the way this resource takes me back to the basics to really revive and energise my practice.The package is sturdy and a real pleasure to hold. It contains a fabulous journal to track the month and really personalise the experience and the instructions are simply presented and use photos of the product to make sure they are clear.Anyone who wishes to discover the transformative effects of mindfulness or to deepen their existing practice will not be disappointed to receive this product.Mind Panda are a lovely team of people who really care about their customer.     Loving these mindfulness cards! Haven’t completed the month of mindfulness yet but couldn’t wait to leave a review. This is such a great starting place for people who haven’t yet adopted a daily mindfulness practice – and a useful tool even for those who have. The cards have really helped me to focus on specific aspects of my life and to be truly in the moment in each. The cards themselves are simple but very high quality with thought provoking quotes and topics for focus. The packaging is also well designed and is sturdy enough for daily use.     I really love these cards! They re really well thought out and it’s a simple way to become more mindful. The box it comes in is of very good quality and it just makes you happy as you open it every day throughout the month. I think it’s a great idea to get for yourself or do the challenge as a family. After having used them myself, I am now using them in my counseling practice.
