This is a convenient little pan for cooking small batches of things. I can see it working well to fry up some spices, garlic, ginger, etc. to add as toppings to dishes, or to add into sauces, or for toasting nuts or seeds. I can’t see it being too useful for heating milk since the walls are so short, unless you’re heating just a very small amount at a time.I like how it’s easy enough to remove the handle so that it can be put in the oven for baking as well.
