I personally recommend this at least it works for me at the most. I take it that’s the very least that around 20 minutes to bedtime maybe psychological but I feel it helps me to sleep.

Cramping in leg muscles…
This Magnesium Citrate is marketed by PHNaturala. My sleep was interrupted last night four times with severe cramping in the leg muscles. This is not normal when you’re using Magnesium Citrate to prevent this. I had experienced a leg cramp a few times while sleeping after I purchased this in August, 2024. I’ve had a lot of experience with supplements. I use the Citrate version of Magnesium because it is best to digest effectively. I often purchase from Natural Factors or Dr. Joe Mercola, both have quality products. The dosage on these capsules is 400 mg. which is 50 mg. over the recommended daily dose. I would advise you not to purchase this product because it’s ineffective.
