Smash burgers and breakfasts
I crush smash burgers year round and rock this griddle in my induction cooktop for breakfasts for the family. I use it also in my grill. It’s heavy but not too heavy. Solid, you know. I like it.

Induction capable
we use it between the induction magnets, the center takes a while to get warmed up between the two magnets but its great for keeping things warm and not cooking. no scratching noticed on glass top after a few uses.

Well made, works great!
I’m sure there are cheaper options, but I really wanted to try this one- did not disappoint!

I love the size of this. It’s hard to find a 1 burner induction grill like this. It’s big enough for 4 or maybe 6 burgers. Perfect for a couple. It works super well on my induction cooktop, glass cooktop and my grill. The surface seemed rough like sand paper but I am not familiar with carbon steel so maybe that’s normal. I do oil it a lot to keep it from rusting but it seems to have come already heavily seasoned . The handles can get hot but it takes a while. I love the handles above it. Makes lifting so easy. It’s a tiny bit lighter than my cast iron. It has a high enough lip to catch oil or to add oil for cooking. I would buy again. It is pretty perfect.

I originally wrote a poor review of this because of the appearance of the griddle after using it on high heat however I realized after doing some research that it was my own ignorance of cooking with Carbon Steel. This thing is great, does not warp, heats evenly, very attractive, etc.Mine got “messed up” looking after cooking on high heat and I gave it a bad review. However, after researching, I simply scraped the top layer of the griddle and seasoned it a few times and it was perfect again.

I’ve used this pan once and seasoned it and now the surface has weird bubbles on it. I followed all of the instructions and seasoned with grape seed oil at the smoke point of the oil and the pan seems damaged. I would not purchase this again

I had a hard time convincing myself to pay what I paid for this. But now that I bought it, I’m glad I paid the money and got this griddle. The surface gets better and better with every use. Also, the handles stay relatively cool while using the griddle which makes it nice to pick it up and poor out the grease if need be. The sides of the griddle keep your food and oil contained which is also very helpful. Overall, I would recommend this griddle because this is a prime example of “you get what you pay for”.

This spatula smash burger press is so nicely made. Im not sure if i wanna beat it up using it. It’s very sturdy and the machining and finish is absolutely amazing. It works well, makes grilling smash burgers more satisfying for me.I love items that are functional but beautifully designed and this one fits the bill perfectly!!! Highly recommend it if it’s something your interested in.
