I’ve returned this item
I had to return this item because the bottom ring was already damaged and hit inwards. The woven bamboo top was popping out and was undone in multiple places. There was also supposed to be two steaming matts that came with it, but it didn’t. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.

The silicone screens stained the pattern of the wood; but the steamer itself is glorious.I use it at least every second day; it’s super easy. Also, you can eat out of, and reheat (with steam) the same vessel you cook in.I’m going to get more to do more layers.

Nice steamers – worth the money.
We have used these steamers maybe a dozen times so far. Some initial minor warping (to be expected) with the first 1 or 2 uses but nothing since. They seem quite robust and I expect they will wear very well. The included liners work very well.

Deceived by product description so not a great value.
Deceived. Was supposed to come with 2 silicone mats and didn’t. Seller promised twice to send. Never did. There are other choices out there. I would have chosen them, but with mats this appeared to be a better value. I don’t appreciate the dishonesty.
