No heat distribution and poor quality lid
The wok is very sturdy and is the perfect size. Downside is even though it has a flat bottom, it not suitable for flat electric stove tops. The wok is very thick and does not distribute heat to the sides, so only the liquid in the middle would boil.On another note, I had left the glass lid drying in the drying rack and it shattered out of nowhere. This was after it was left there for a few hours.Really wanted to love it though.

I’m really glad I bought this. I was hesitant because of some of the reviews, but none of the ‘bad’ things came true or happened with my pan. I think the bad reviews were from some kind of misuse. I love that it’s big, with a long handle that stays cool. I use this a lot for searing steaks and I can fit a couple of decent sized ribeyes in there or one big chuck roast. The slow, finesse cooking is fine too and, if you do it right, there’s no sticking with eggs or any other food. It’s easy to clean and looks nice. It’s clearly a well-built product. It can still be had as of today for under $30, and that’s a no-brainer in my book.

Al principio me dieron ganas de devolverlo porq no se veía como el otro q también acá aba de comprar, pero a la hora de usarlo, mis respetos, un exelente sartén . Lo recomiendo ampliamente, distribuye muy bien el calor a todo el sartén y en cuanto al precio está excelente. Definitivamente yo volveré a comprar otro producto de esta misma marca.

Note that this pan DOES NOT COME WITH A LID.It’s pretty heavy IMO, I use it to cook for one, so the smallest size is nice. No Teflon coating to worry about for this pan. Things do stick to the pan and brown when cooking, so avoid steel pans if that’s not something you want. There are tips to season it so that it doesn’t stick, but I haven’t tried them yet! The handle is pretty long and heavy. I don’t anticipate it disconnecting from the pan. Looks very sturdy.I will update if anything happens, but it’s not a bad option for a stainless steel pan!
