Comfortable over ear fit and excellent sound quality.
I use these on a daily basis as I work from home and attend many calls with clients and internal team members. The headset is light, easily fits over my ears, and does not make my ears hot or sweaty after prolonged use. The microphone boom swivels up easily and mutes quickly so you don’t have to search for the mute button on your screen. The charge easily lasts me the whole day and a recharge is typically quite quick. The headset will connect simultaneously with two devices. From time to time I find that it will randomly disconnect (the voice audio warns you of this) but it has never happened during use, only after I have been sitting idle with the headset on for a while. not sure why this is. Overall I’m happy with the headset and give it 5 gold star rating.

    Great headset for working
This is a great headset for work, and I particularly like the seamless integration with Teams (mic up = mute, mic down = unmute).I also have a Logitech mouse, and it looks like the pause/play on the headset takes precedence over the mouse controls, as now I can only pause/play through the headset. The earpads are comfortable, and the headset itself is very light. Great sound quality, and my voice comes out loud and clear during calls. It’s not a noise-cancelling headset, but I did not buy it with this in mind.

    True to description
The grey looks exactly like pictures. As the ear material is fabric there is makeup transfer. I haven’t tried to spot clean yet so am not sure if they clean well. Very comfortable and no slippage. I adjust throughout the day, but I move around a lot. I am able to listen to music or watch something on my phone and have it pause as soon as a call comes in from my computer. It then starts again once I hang up. Pairs easily and I haven’t had them disconnect. Love the hidden mike feature. Been using for about a month. No complaints. Not noise cancelling, but noise muffling for sure. Calls aren’t super crisp, but I’ve had no complaints of clients not hearing me.

    Light, Comfortable, and Stylish
This headset is something I have been looking for a long time. It is light, stylish, and very comfortable on the ears. The sound quality is great considering this is made for conference calling or professional use, still, you can use this for music and the sound output is great. Many people say it is Plasticky, which is why it is light and affordable. This is the best headset for professional use. Go for It.

Sound mutes when you mute the mic! Unacceptable
Let me go with the positives first: this headset has a reasonably good audio quality. The mic sound quality is not the best, but serves the purpose. The finishing quality is not great, it may seem a bit “plasticky”, but I suppose it’s what you get for the price. Also, the Logitune software is very useful for setting up your headset.HOWEVER, there is an immense downside to this headset (if you’re going to use use for home office, MS Teams and Zoom etc which is exactly is purpose): THE SOUND MUTES IF YOU MUTE THE MIC! It makes no sense at all!I’ve researched this of the past couple days and indeed it seems to be a feature, not a bug. I don’t know in the world what would make Logitech decide to go this route. If you turn the mic up (to mute yourself), the audio on a meeting (Zoom, Teams, Meet etc) will mute. As of now, Logitech has no fix for this (assuming it is a bug, which apparently it’s not).Hence, I’m actually returning the product because this is, quite frankly, extremely stupid from Logitech’s side.

A Good Set of Headphones, But It Has Some Downsides
The Headphones are pretty good, although it might be a little fragile if you’re not careful and the audio quality might not be good in certain circumstances. The sound quality from the Headphones when listening to music or videos sounds very good and the cushions are soft and comfortable. It’s also quite easy to adjust them to the contour of your ears, it’s quite light weight and doesn’t feel heavy, nor does it hurt when wearing it for long periods of time. It also charges quite quickly (within 20-30 min they are at or close to full) and I’ve found that they can last for around ~6 hours. I also find that the Bluetooth pairing is very painless and easy to do.However, there are some downsides. – (1) One downside is that it is not very travel-friendly, and can be quite bulky and a little fragile in that setting. The ear cups cannot fold inwards like some headphones can; They can only be raised up or down. If someone is traveling (for example: I tried bringing them with me on many long-haul flights or outings) the headphones can be quite hard to pack into a small/medium size backpack. Even in a larger backpack, you still have to be a little careful as the over-the-head frame is entirely made of plastic, so when trying to pack it into a bag the frame might permanently deform or break if packed haphazardly (especially considering the complementary travel bag that my unit came with is made of fabric which offers little protection). However, this issue can be easily remedied by packing it carefully, wearing it on your neck, or by buying a sturdy travel case for these headphones. As for those looking to use them during exercise or on runs outside, they can easily slip off as they don’t put too much pressure on your head which makes them comfortable but not secure. Be careful! These headphones probably aren’t made for outside use, but are probably recommended for mostly home/inside use only. – (2) Another downside is that the audio quality drops by a lot when in a call or when the microphone is being used. The way that I would describe it is that the audio becomes quite muffled or sounds as if its coming from a cheap speaker and the change is very noticeable. This is quite unfortunate considering both the price of these headphones (being ~$130 CAD at the time of writing) and that this drop in audio quality could cause problems. For my use case (listening to music/watching videos and listening to in-game audio when gaming) it’s perfectly fine and I rarely run into this issue. However, for those who are on discord calls with their friends often, having that drop in audio quality when playing games/listening to music while at the same time chatting with their friends can be quite disappointing.Overall, I’d say they’re good headphones: the audio quality in most scenarios is good, they’re lightweight and comfortable, charges quickly, and the Bluetooth pairing is very easy. But there are some details and use cases that need to be mentioned and/or considered before buying them to make sure that these headphones are the right ones for you.

Comfortable on the ears and good sound
I don’t get the other bad reviews these are well made and I like them. They actually go over the ears comfortably unlike other pairs I’ve had. I hope they last long. Mine were a used pair and looked brand new to me.

I love this headset! After I tried many, I finally found one that I really like! Spending hours in calls all day, this product has been a blessing.PROS: – Very comfortable! Very light, and gentle on the ears. Since it’s over ear, you can keep it on for hours without noticing it. It doesn’t even warms up the ears too much. – The mute function, raising the microphone stick, is FENOMENAL! Many people say that this feature doesn’t work properly for them. Many report that when you raise the microphone to mute, it actually mutes the sound in your ears too. Honestly, in my case, it only mutes the microphone and I can continue hearing other people talking. I tried it on my Windows laptop and my Android phone, with Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Discord and regular cellular phone calls. Works like a charm in any situation. (if for some reason you experience problems, make sure to install Logi Tube) – The Logi Tune companion software is great to adjust equalization, the microphone and feedback volumes. When you lower the microphone stick, the headset plays the environmental audio, directly in your ears. Kinda like a “transparent mode”. This helps a lot to don’t feel too much clogged and isolated when you’re talking. The problem is that there’s a little static noise, that can be annoying. But you can adjust the volume of the feedback very easily with the Logi Tune app.NEUTRAL: – The sound quality is ok. Nothing exceptional. It’s fine for music listening, very good for conversations. – It supports more than one device at a time. The downside of it is that it can handle only one audio stream at a time. For example: if it’s connected to my laptop and I’m having a conversation with Teams, and it’s also connected to my phone at the same time, when I receive a notification on the phone, the audio switches for a few seconds to the phone, and I miss pieces of the conversation. – The microphone stick doesn’t go directly in front of your mouth. It sticks on the side, a little far from the mouth. People always say that they can hear me very clearly, and it has a fairly good noise cancellation too. But it also picks other people voices, in case someone is talking in the room. I’d have preferred a microphone stick closer to my mouth.CONS: – The battery life isn’t great. I estimate a duration of 8-10 hours of usage for conversations. Which is fine, but much less other competitors. Probably the battery isn’t very big, that explains why it’s such a light headset. But it also charges very fast, and you can charge it when you’re using it too. – I like the look of the product. The material looks nice, but it also looks a little fragile. After two months of usage they still look great, but I can feel I have to handle it carefully to don’t ruin it.Overall a very good product, not even that pricey for what you get.

Tldr:Great sound quality, good retractable microphone quality, multi-device bluetooth connection, included RF dongle does not require extra set up, configuration, or pairing, just works like cable connection, all plastic build, neat bag to carry headphones and all extras.Device has following claims listed on the box:* Dual mics with noise-canceling designed to suppress background soundVoice quality is good, it sounds natuaral. I recorded myself and verified with other people on few calls. My assumption is that constant buzzing sounds are eliminated with noise-canceling, something like a vacuum cleaner or AC working in the background. It is not working well for noises like typing on noisy keyboard or furniture squeaking.* Generous 40 mm speaker drivers deliver deep bass and crisp high notesDevice has Bluetooth 5.2 support and also can connect wirelessly to the included 2.4 GHz dongle. In both cases I was impressed by sound quality. I can’t find information on aptx support. I tried to play FLAC files while connected to the PC and tried streaming service on mobile. In both situations the sound was great.I observed few unusual things (most likely this is specific to my computer):1. I plugged the included RF dongle to the usb-hub and the indicator light up red. Sound quality was terrible. I connected the dongle to the motherboard USB and the issue was fixed, sound was crystal clear. Indicator turned to white color. My assumption is that if it is red, it means something is not working properly with the USB port.2. When bluetooth connection was used my computer decided to use some default low-quality mono codec, the sound quality was bad. I fixed this by selecting high-quality AAC codec in the computer audio setting.* Seamlessly switch between computer and smartphone via bluetooth or connect via 2.4 GHz included dongleI believe multi-device features are only supported when bluetooth connection is used. I didn’t test it for all use cases, but I was able to connect to PC and smartphone simultaneously. It does not play both sound sources at same time, it plays one or another. If one device starts playing, it takes precedence and another device goes on pause. If a paused device start playing, it takes precedence and another one go on pause and so on.* All media controls on earcups. Flip the mic boom to mute. Adjust EQ with Logi TuneButtons are easy to use, there is no any type of touch controls. Mic can go up and down, it goes on mute automatically when in a folded position. Built-in voice inside a neadphones will tell you when you are on mute. There is also a small button on the retractable boom to go on mute manually. Logi Tune software available for Mac and Windows. I tried it on Windows 11, and it worked well. You can update firmware there, change mic volume, mic transparency (how much of mic signal would be mixed back to headphones), equalizer settings, and some other useful things. I would suggest downloading Logi Tune, at least you can update firmware there. Right now I am using headphones on a Linux computer and there is no need for extra software at all. Some extra observations:* Build quality – good. It has cloth-covered ear cups and overhead band. Entirely build from plastic. There is very limited padding in the overhead band, but headphones are so light, I doubt it is necessary.* Logitech included a good quality cloth bag with a tiny pocket for wireless dongle. You can store charging cable and headphones in there. Very nice.* Wireless lag. Due to my previous bad experience with bluetooth devices, I was expecting terrible lag when connected via bluetooth and no lag when connected via RF dongle. It seems like the situation is different. There is lag when connected via bluetooth, and same or even more lag when connected via RF dongle. It is an acceptable amount of delay for conference-call conversations, and watching videos on mobile, but it is not good for fast-paced games and when you are watching videos on a big screen (you can clearly see lag when looking at the lips of the person talking).* There are no pads to cover the speakers inside the ear cup. Speakers are hidden behind a plastic wall with holes in it.* It seems like the overhead cloth band is non-removable. Earcups most likely can be removed, but I didn’t want to try to avoid damaging them in the first week of buying.* Compared to my wired headphones, I need to keep Zone 125 on higher levels of volume. For example wired headphones are set to about 40% on my computer, but for Zone I need to go all the way to 70%.

So, I am 40, a systems admin, I use these at work. The volume is amazing if everything is a full volume for music etc, I can’t even keep it at full. Very adequate. They fit really nicely, even over the arms of my glasses. They are pretty comfortable for a long time, and extremely lightweight. It does switch to a different, subjectively worse quality codec on calls, but for calls it’s not bad honestly. It switches back to regular codec once the microphone isn’t in use anymore automatically. It works really well. You can pair it to two devices. I pair it to PC for teams and my work cell for direct calls. Works great!I think the ear cushions will be the first to go on this but time will tell. Pretty good buy all in all.I would probably go wireless (USB) next time however as the codec switch *is* annoying. Just not annoying enough to deduct a star.

I have had the Logitech Zone Vibe 125 headset for 2-months (67-days). I use them 20-hours per week for my part-time work-from-home job with U-Haul. ||| SOFTWARE CONNECTION: U-Haul uses the Cisco Jabber & Finesse phone system for outgoing and incoming calls. And, use Microsoft Teams for internal video and phone calls. ||| SETUP: This headset was pretty simple to setup, simply insert the USB dongle directly into your laptop. In full transparency, I did receive a little help from the U-Haul Tech Team to successfully connect them to Cisco Jabber & Finesse. This may be due to the fact the Logitech is not a certified manufacturer for Cisco Jabber (Jabra is). But once connected they have been a pleasure to work with. I have tried inserting the USB dongle into my J5 docking station, but it did not register, so as mentioned before insert the USB dongle directly into your laptop or computer ||| FEEL/MATERIALS: These headsets are freakishly lightweight. It’s almost scary. When you take these headsets out of the box, you will immediately say to yourself “these are cheap feeling and looking” and not worth the $125 price tag. To the touch, you will only feel two materials: fabric and plastic – fabric on the headband and ear cuffs; plastic on everything else. ||| PRESSURE: This headset does not apply a lot of pressure on or around your ears (with or without glasses). I wear glasses the entire time I wear this headset, I do not get a headache or pressure on or around my ear. ||| SOUND: These are not noise-cancelling headset! Background noise will bleed into this headset, so I would not recommend these if you are easily distracted and have a household full of noise. However, I would recommend this headset to someone who is not easily distracted and appreciate the ability to hear their surroundings. I am not easily distracted and I am a mother so I appreciate the noise bleeding because I have the ability to hear my daughter if she needs me. She is tween and understand when the headsets are on mommy is working and only disturb her if it is an emergency. ||| MICROPHONE: The microphone is noise-cancelling. I usually work with my ceiling fan on high and the TV off. My boyfriend and daughter are typically home during my shifts in other rooms of our 903sqft apartment either watching TV, cooking, eating, or cleaning. My customers do not hear them. I am also a dog mom. He is pretty calm throughout the day and during my shifts as well. The most you may hear is his dog tag and vaccination tag jingle and the occasional bark because someone knocked on the door or used the Ring Doorbell. I typically apologize to the my colleagues or customer on the phone, but they always reply with “I didn’t hear anything”. I did do a voice recording using this headset with my ceiling fan on high and my TV volume on 13 (which is about 1ft to the left of the microphone) and I definitely heard my voice being brought to the front and drowning out the TV noise. ||| PROS: I think it is cool to be able to mute my voice by pushing the microphone up, instead of fumbling to find the mute button. They charge really fast. You are able to continue to use the headset while it is charging. Oddly, I like how the earcuffs easily glide up and down the headband for adjustment and stay in place the entire time – no more click, click, click noises :). Buttons are easily accessible, but I do not use them, I typically control the volume through my laptop, phone function buttons through Cisco Jabber & Finesse. I do have to use the on/off switch on the headset, I just turn them on before I put them on my head, otherwise I have a hard time trying to feel around for it (it is flush to the headset). ||| CONS: This headset does not fold or come with a hard-shell case, so I do not see myself traveling with them. The price for this headset should come down to $80, but I guess with inflation they are price correctly.

I had another pair of Plantronics that had a bigger dongle that needed to be removed when slipping my laptop into my bag..plus the old pair had fake leather that was peeling and falling into my ears after each use. This small dongle is nice and can stay in place without harming the USB port when stuffed into my bag, and the cloth breathes a bit over my ears, definitely better than the fake leather. The dongle works flawlessly with my computer for music and calls. But if you are connected to your phone via Bluetooth (this headset can do either), and get in range of the dongle while your computer is on, you might get some weird crossing of wires and not be able to make or receive a call….the call can be answered, or dialed, but the mic gets messed up and there isn’t any outgoing sound from you….maybe I’m missing some tech spec, but that part is not intuitive so far. I’ve missed a few calls trying to figure it out, and as of now, I just turn off my phone’s Bluetooth and take calls through my computer using the dongle. Or turn off the headset and just use the phone straight up without headset of I’m near the dongle.Sound is pretty good. Not as good as my old $150 wired headset from the 1980s ..but way better than my airpod earbuds…which are admittedly dying. Not audiophile quality but great for casual listening in an environment with some background noise and meetings.i don’t think this set has noise canceling, some muting, just because they’re thick, and over ear, like earmuffs, but not active cancellation.Comfortable enough to wear for hours. And I work in an 80deg farenheight and 50% rel humidity lab….not heavy labor, but busy all the time. Battery lasts all day so far, going on a few months. If I can figure out the phone call Bluetooth dongle mic issue, I’d upgrade to 5 stars.
