Good product
Using headphones for work, I was previously using phone with dual ear headset. The new headset works well and volume control is a great plus, some challenges with single ear. I had to do some testing to figure out how/where to place the non ear part.

Easy, Comfortable, High Quality
This product is exactly what you expect from Logitech, high quality and reliable. The boom mic picks up audio well for meetings, the adjustable buttons makes it easy to adjust the quick settings you need in meeting, such as changing volume, and easy to mute and unmute yourself. Can wear on either ear as you would hope from a mono headphone design. Due to it being Logitech, it won’t be the cheapest option you can find, but the quality is what you pay for, so it is worth the extra few bucks to get these headphones.

The opinion of a full time online teacher …
These headphones piqued my interest because of some attractive features. (1) They have built-in noise cancellation. That was exciting because I don’t want to pay a yearly subscription for noise-cancellation software if I don’t have to. (2) They are designed to inhibit sounds greater than 115dB so as to prevent hearing damage. (3) They’re touted as being comfortable to wear all day. (4) They’re tested for full compatibility with Krisp. (5) They’re made by a company that’s been around for a long time. (6) They’re wired, and I prefer that. Wearing a wireless headset or earbuds for hours per day is not advisable.After giving them a run for their money for two weeks, unfortunately, I’ve had to make the decision that they’re not the right kind of headset for an online educator (like myself). Why? …(A) The noise cancellation feature cuts off key sounds — namely the first sound in the first word when you start speaking. This means that, when you’re trying to teach someone how to say a word — or when you’re teaching a new term or giving a one-word answer — the student often has difficulty understanding. … If the noise cancellation feature could be deactivated and only used when necessary or whenever it won’t negatively impact the conversation, this problem could be averted.(B) The noise cancellation feature does not include “background voice cancellation.” The promotional materials don’t claim that they have this feature, but it’s pretty important. If someone works in a call center, for example, there are going to be background voices. Simply canceling stray noises won’t address the problem. To do that, you would need to pay for a voice cancellation service, which already includes noise cancellation — effectively nullifying the value of the cancellation feature built into this headset.(C) They’re quite tight on my head … and I don’t have a big head (although sometimes my wife has to remind me that I’m being a bit prideful 😅). In order to make it through five or six hours of teaching, I have to remove them every twenty-five minutes so that my physically aching ears have five minutes to resume proper blood flow.(D) The inline volume control is a novel idea, but it’s located too close to the headset itself. It’s relatively heavy and dangles in an awkward location such that gravity is constantly pulling it downward and putting strain on the wires. You can’t simply rest it on your desk or something. Moreover, it’s low enough that I have to constantly ensure that it doesn’t get snagged on the front edge of my desk. If it were to get caught and I were to move my head, the wired connection at the controls and at the headset could certainly be internally compromised.My conclusion: Aside from the poorly oriented volume control, these would be quite nice for someone who makes occasional voice or video calls from a location where nobody else is talking in the background. For a full-time online teacher, however, I don’t recommend them — especially at this price point. They’re simply not engineered to be up to the task.

I previously had the H540 model which started to give me problems after less than a year so i really hesitated on purchasing Logitech again.Definitely a huge difference in sound quality.The only thing I don’t like is how flimsy it feels. I worry that the head band is going to snap in half if twisted the wrong way.I guess time will tell!

The headset I was using was for both ears. The cord length was great, however, it hugged my face far too much, pressing on my glasses. It was quite heavy and kept sliding.However, this one is amazing!! It is for one ear. It is light, the sound is clear and doesn’t hug my face! It also has a foam cushion around the band that protects it from sliding. The cord is a reasonable length, but I would have liked it to be longer.Overall, very worth the money!!

We got one Logitech H570e headset for my office on a trial basis since this headset is a new product only available on Sept. 18, 2024. The first general impression at our office was that the headset looked and felt good quality but the headphones were very small. After our testing, we quickly found out that the small earpieces were rather comfortable and the audio sound is very clean. The noise cancellation works surprisingly well considering these headphones are only for regular office use. The noise cancellation was a big selling point for several people at my office since it can get a bit noisy at times. The mic filtered the sound from our office very well as we were able to hear the wearer’s voice only on the other end. Headset is very light which is great for extended use and the cable controls were another nice plus. Our office is very pleased with the overall quality and performance so we will order more for our team. It is still too early to speak on the longevity of this headset but this is usually not a problem with Logitech products in our experience.Highly recommend this product as it is a nice step up from the standard $15 office headsets without having to overspend.

Primeira grande vantagem, ele é totalmente Plug and Play, conectou na porta USB e em poucos segundos já está funcionando. A qualidade de som é ótima, era exatamente o que eu procurava para as minhas reuniões tanto em home-office quando no trabalho. O comprimento do cabo é ótimo e permite que você fique de pé, e até circule um pouco enquanto fala, e, neste caso, os comandos do fone são ótimos, aumentar e diminuir o volume, colocar no mudo ou até encerrar a ligação. Minha única preocupação é o material que cobre a aste do microfone, aqueles emborrachados que pegam muita poeira e que se desmancham com o tempo, espero que não seja o caso deste! Em resumo gostei muito e recomendo!

The product is good, even the noise cancellation on the mic works quite well, but don’t really expect much from such priced product.Also, I personally didn’t find it comfortable to wear for more than 1 hour continuously. Other than that, sound quality is average, cord length is very good, the mute button works well with MS teams.Overall 3/5. I’m kind of disappointed, with such high price points although.
