    Works great!
    This works great. I’m trying to switch as many cooking and baking stuff to cast iron. I’ve baked a couple bundt cakes and they have came out great. I just make sure I do a good job greasing the pan. I wait 10 mins for it to cool off and then turn it out on a wire rack. I havent had any issues with sticking. Cleaning can be a pain, but thats the design of these type of cake pans.

    It arrived today.. sooner as expected.. of course I had to try it right away 🙂 After reading several bad reviews..First I washed it and oil it. Heated it up to 300C then added my favourite cake recipe mixture.. it was backed at 215C sooner as in classic pot. Could remove it from it right away with a wooden thin spatula after it came from the owen.. it was brand tastier as usual. Love at first sight for me..

    I love this cast iron pot. Nothing sticks to bottom after “seasoning”. Give it a try….and it’s fun thinking of the pioneers using just such pots as they traveled west to the new frontier.
