Fantastic
Great pan — definitely well worth the money. The pre-seasoning was better than I expected and quite effective. The surface felt just a little pebbly at first, but it improved substantially after the first two days of use.If you’re looking at this item, you’re probably trying to decide whether to get this pan or the traditional Lodge 12 inch. I’d probably recommend this one for most people — I think the curved sides make it easier to clean and a little easier to slide a silicone spatula under items in the pan. Note that the flat portion of this pan is a hair smaller in diameter than the traditional Lodge 12 inch, due to the curvature of the sides, if that matters to you.

Excellent quality. Works well on induction range.
Great for frying or for use in the oven. I have started using it for making roasts in the oven. The roast Browns well. Making gravy is easy. Clean up is minimal! Love this pan!

One of my favorite possessions!
This is my first cast iron pan and I absolutely love it. Easy to clean, and more non-stick than my “non-stick” pans at this stage. I’ve had the pan for about a year and it actually gets better with use. Great for searing stuff. Goes really well with sous-vide for that reason.

That I generally do not like lodge
I already own the 10inch version, which I ground then sandblasted. This twelve inch is much heavier, but the design is great. Lodge sucks for their finish, but if you wish to spend some time, you can make this thing boutique cast iron. Great design. Once seasoned and used, its amazing. Buy it. Make it your own. Like I did.

Heavy but excellent quality
It says pre seasoned but it definitely needs more seasoning before use! I haven’t finished seasoning it yet. I wish I had seasoned it before trying it because cleaning the stuck on food made that job harder. It is a very thick and heavy pan so be ready for that. Having said that the quality is excellent and I’m certain that it will be one of my favorite cast iron pans once I get the seasoning done. Well worth the price.

Bought as a project for the shape, don’t love the handle
Love it! I bought this as a bit of a project, and I am loving the results.I took some time with a random orbital sander to sand down the inside real smooth, to try and have something closer to those fancy, expensive cast iron pans for cheaper, and since my time is worthless, this was perfect. It was nice to sand down some of the flashing around the sides of the handle, and inside the helper handle. Pretty sharp in there(not like you really use that with bare hands…). But some quick work with a file on the sharp bits, then sand paper made the pan a complete dream. Takes a lot of work to build the seasoning from bare iron, so know what you’re taking on if you do this. Bought this pan because I liked the shape of the cooking surface and rounded sides. The only critique I’d give is the handle design. It’s a little too flat for my liking. I’m a bit of a show off, so I like to hold the pan with one hand, while emptying what I’ve cooked with a spoon in the other hand. Very impressive when we’ll executed. If the handle were a bit thicker, it would be a lot easier to hold with one hand, weight aside. Even when washing/carrying/ overall manipulating with one hand. Not the most comfortable. I mean, who expects to hold a 12 inch cast iron pan with one hand… But it’s made me hesitant to want a smaller version of this pan because of that.

Great pan, “pre-seasoned” is a bit of a misnomer
The Pro-Logic pans are a significant upgrade in quality versus the standard line of cast iron cookware. Inside surface and edges are curved, very heavy construction. I would recommend removing the factory applied seasoning and starting from scratch; the factory coating seams to flake off anyways, taking whatever extra seasoning you had on top with it. I think the factory coating is more for corrosion protection on the shelf than non-stick cooking. Not much else to say… it’s a metal pan that will last a lifetime if cared for.

It’s perfect
first of all, it is heavy! But for me, a super fan of cast iron, it’s totally acceptable. I love the round side of bottom, make me clean easier. Good size for stir fry vegetables, serve for 4 ppl. Perfect for my small family.

Muy buen sarten cast iron, se ve que esta elaborado con buena calidad. Si le dan el tratamiento del “seasoning” que se recomienda a todo los sartenes de este tipo, nada se le llega a pegar.

As mentioned, the item is very good but extremely heavy. The food does stick on the pan but easy to scrape it off. I would recommend people to purchase this product but to be noted, you need to oil the pan after wash so as to not get the rust taste later on the food while cooking.

Works like a charm. Pre-seasoning makes it easy to use for starters. And the angled handle is good to use. Downside is, most women and casual cooks might find it too heavy to handle. Not actually a disadvantage. But know it before buying.
