Tengo otra sartén de más diámetro de hierro fundido de esta marca y mucho mejor que sartenes de hierro fundido de otras marcas, así que es una compra con la que te aseguras acertar

The pan isn’t non-stick like a teflon pan, but it’s pretty close. I’ve used cast iron pans in the past, and none was non-stick, so I wasn’t expecting it to perfectly non-stick. I use it mainly for eggs, and I think cast iron is the best type of surface healthwise. I make sure to coat the cooking surface with oil after cleaning, and I simply rinse it with hot water.

Used to cook New York strip steak. The steak came out really good.It was a little bit of a pain to clean.I cleaned it with ionized salt while the pan was still warm and rubbed it with cooking oil (to season it)so the pan wouldn’t rust
