BEST BOOK I READ IN 2020
I had followed Jim Kwik online for a year or so, listening to his podcasts and watching his YouTube videos. His focus is teaching how to learn. So, the promise of this book was to sort of, learn how to learn. Jim Kwik’s story is that he suffered a brain injury when he was young and due to a slight learning disability became known around school and even by teachers, as the boy with the broken brain. It was not until in college that he began to actually learn how to learn. It wasn’t that he had a broken brain, it was more so that the school system and society had failed him. So over his life he continued to develop systems of memorization, of speed reading and just how to digest new information more efficiently in general. This book is the accumulation of his years of teaching and of learning. It’s sort of like the self-help book to end self-help books, if that makes sense. There’s a lot of personal development books that promise a solution but leave you needing more knowledge more books, more course, etc. But, with this book, – although it does lead you to his website for bonus chapters and to potentially buy his own courses, it does by itself a fantastic job of leaving you with actionable lessons and useful activities to incorporate into your ability to learn more, read better and use your brain more effectively.Overall, it’s a great summary of knowledge and lots of prompts for personal reflection and actions to take.

Changed my life!
This book is one of the best books I have ever read!! Jim knows how the brain works and he holds nothing back. He genuinely wants to improve learning for people and help them to be their limitless selves. If you found this page, you came here for a reason and you should 100% purchase and read or listen to this book! The world changes so fast, technology gives us information at our fingertips. But how do we process that information, what does it do to our confidence in ourselves, what does it do to our patience? Jim addresses the issues and how they impact our brains and he addresses how to keep up with all the new and changing information. Reading faster, being able to recall information, how to store it in our brains. How to remember things. This book has changed my life and I believe it is a MUST READ for everyone!

10/10 Learning experience. Must read for anyone with a brain
Absolute game-changer of a book. As always, Jim manages to teach how to unlock the limitless potential of the mind through memorable techniques. The essence of the book is the 3M model which posits that when our mindset, motivation, and methods coalesce we gain access to a limitless life. The book is filled with simple action steps that have an immediate effect on your learning experience. The mindset portion debunks myths we commonly hold regarding our minds. For example, intelligence is fixed. Not only is intelligence fluid, but it varies from one person to the next (there are 8 different intelligence types). Next, he teaches how to identify and overcome the limiting beliefs that hold you backThen, he unpacks how motivation relates to purpose, energy, and habits. There is a method behind the magic and Jim’s simple explanations seem to constantly leave an impression. One of my biggest takeaways here was that we are most motivated when our reasons relate to our passions, our identity, and our values. He also dives into accessing flow which is something I think we could all use more of.Lastly, Jim discusses methods to focus, memorize, study, read and think more efficiently. I can’t stress how helpful these techniques have been in boosting my concentration, memory, and comprehension.

The Best Book I’ve Ever Read (And The Best Book You Could Read)
I read this book cover to cover very carefully. I own over 200 self help and personal development books (Dale Carnegie, Napoleon Hill, Dr. Joseph Murphy, Rhonda Byrne, etc) and I can say with absolute confidence and a smile on my face that is by far the best book I have ever read, and my new #1 favorite book ever. In an age where we must be able to adapt faster and faster, Jim is the expert at teaching you how to do so. He had a traumatic brain injury in kindergarten and had learning difficulties all throughout his schooling even into his college years. He kept looking for more ways to learn and finally asked the question “How does my brain work, so I can work my brain?” This book will teach you about sleep, motivation, memory, critical thinking, speed reading, remembering facts, how to learn new stuff, and way more. This book has changed my life and I will most certainly be rereading many, many times. Please do yourself a favor and buy this book for yourself, gift it to friends and family, and truly learn how to learn. I wish you all the best in becoming LIMITLESS!

Powerhouse of a book! 100% worth the read!
Honestly, this is a life-changing book that opens up your mind, heart, and hands to to all the possibilities and things that you are capable of. It’s definitely and easily one of my all-time favourite and most helpful books that I’ve read.I’m glad I made the decision to get this book. If you’re reading this review, don’t think any further, just get the book with an open mind and you’ll be amazed by what you get out of it!I truly think that some of the negative reviews are from people who don’t want others to learn about these techniques or are being too strict and shut-off in their mindset! (Don’t worry if your skeptical, this book addresses these issue too). This is a book that I know I’ll keep close with me and return to periodically for more insights and take-aways.Jim’s style of writing and passion in this field of “Learning how to Learn” transcends your typical author or narrative. It’s packed with a ton of insight and it’s one of those books that the more you read the more connections you make and things start to gel into place. Please take my word for it. I don’t usually review things, but this is truly a game-changer. YOU ARE LIMITLESS, be kind to yourself and believe in yourself and potential.

Hi readers,I bought this e-book and I started to read it. Page after page I thought “I must have the hardback version” and I ordered it in an other book store because on Amazon it was sold out!!!Thank you Jim for this gift, because you today I can read smarter, I know that I am Limitless and what are the 7 lies with which we are raised and what are the strategies and advice to use our super brain. This is a book that all people around the world should read and should got on library.I’m at the second reading because in the first time you say “Ah, ok this is the way to bring up my brain but I want to understand well what Jim said” and in the second time all information become familiar and your mind is ready to accept them.I think that with this book you (as me) can have a beginning to live an amazing and awesome life in which you can manage your brain, remember information, know in which mode you can change your whole life and to be a human becoming and not to be a human being!!! I suggest you to read this book and you will see that you aren’t go back for any reason.

Before I started to read the Limitless book I had problem with overall daily issues with inner voices and my mindset was not really aligned with my goals our desires to even be near limitless with the mindset, motivation or the methods that you can use to learn new materials like an master student. For my goals that I was aware of I was not really highly motivated to keep learning and train my brain consistently, I didn’t ask the right questions such as what, why and how.The what is it to me for what I want to learn, what I deserve and what I am capable of that was not aligned to my identity, passion, values and reasons. I had to much doubt. The limitless mindset chapter made me re-frame my beliefs and convinced me that the mind can be trained to do so much more then we usually believe, as long as you show gratitude of the all possibilities that is out there for you to learn with an positive, loving and healthy mindset. Albert Einstein and Leonardo da Vinci were true examples that you thought they were true geniuses, but they had learning difficulties and got trained to be geniuses in their field. Before I read the limitless motivation chapter the why to take any action to do something was average at best, it required me to spend more energy to get into something and try to learn a new thing, and it was not always the case that I got into the zone by doing so since I was not prioritizing my time, right mood and attention good enough even if I eat a healthy diet that gives me energy and I have an inspiring network of highly truly successful people to motivate me.My purpose and energy and the small simple steps were not practiced so much at all. I spent to much time playing games or seeing to much series that didn’t work on my personal development and personal growth even if I thought that puzzles would keep me motivated. After examine my identity, passions, reasons and values from the limitless motivation section I knew I have a lot I want to learn and to accomplish things and I understood that with a positive, loving and passionate mindset were I found the root of my identity, values and reasons you can make every learning experience to be really fun and easy and you will be highly motivated as long as you eat healthy diet, have an inspiring and motivating peer group, clean environment that cause no disturbance. The motivation chapter also taught me that even if you have high motivation based on high energy and high on purpose and small simple steps; it takes practice with small simple steps to replace an old and even bad habits with new and good habits. To form a new habit to learn about a specific topic, that topic must be relatively easy to understand, little time required to get into it, the physical effort must be low, the cost for doing it must be within your budget and close to your comfort zone to form the habit.I also learned that you can have several passions and those will change overtime and there is endless of material to learn. And to be able to form new habits, the motivation chapter taught me that it’s easier to form new habits and learn new material if you have a morning routine since small accomplishment early in the morning will lead to high motivation during the day. Even the evening routines to practice learning, practice memory by going over previous learning session, train the brain and doing other tasks before going to sleep helps a lot to.With high motivation, attention, interest, clean environment and enough time without disturbance you chances greatly increases to be in the flow state when learning new stuff as the task is challenging enough. Anyone wants to be in the flow state when you are working with tasks and learning new material. Before I started to read the limitless methods chapter I knew I had issues reading articles and books it felt it was boring, tedious and I could wander-read material that took a lot of effort, time and energy. By going through the focus, study memory and speed reading chapter I realized that if you are highly motivated, highly focused, highly concentrated and with high attention with no disturbance you got into the zone really quick by reading page after page, especially if you were listening to mindfulness music or brain entertainment music and took highly valuable notes while reading new material.I have never enjoyed reading books before they way I read it now. After reading the memory chapter my dreams got much more vivid dreams and I have taken notes of them every since.I understand to be better at remembering dreams, material I read and be even faster reader with high concentration and high attention I need to practice reading on daily practice, read new material every day to be better reader, better learner, have a better memory and spend time on daily basis with spaced repetition with active recall to go over material I’ve read before to keep my brain and memory in shape every morning and evening. My journey as an apprentice student has just started.Thank you so much Jim Kwik for your commitment and creation of this Limitless book teaching us all of a limitless mindset, limitless motivation and limitless methods.Best regardsAndy Holst

Jim has an amazing ability to help you unlock your abilities and inspire you to better use your brain. Whenever I watch any Jim Kwik video, I am always mesmerised with how he inspires everyone and provides really actionable tactics to help anyone improve their memory, reading, thinking, focus and learning activities. This is why I was super excited to get the book. The book is a very easy read and helps the reader understand the limitless model which encompasses Mindset, Motivation and Methods. Jim starts with explaining why this is important especially today when we are affected by Digital Dementia and Digital Deduction where the dependency on technology is actually stopping us from using our brains effectively, have better recall and read and learn better.I think this is a very important part of the book as it sets the scene outlining what the issues are and then very clearly makes a statement that this can all be fixed. We can turn on the power and tap into the neuroplasticity of our brain. It obviously needs a system and training and this is what the remainder of the book lays out.Part 2 of the book covers the WHAT aspect, the MINDSET and discusses possibility. It covers some really useful concepts on belief systems and the 7 lies of learning.Part 3 covers the WHY, the MOTIVATION and focusses on purpose, energy, flow and small simple steps.Part 4 covers the HOW, the METHODS and discusses Focus, Study, Memory, Speed Reading and Thinking. This is comprehensive gives practical exercisesWhat I love about the book:- It is packed with wisdom to help you to reflect and take action- It is packed with actionable tools, each chapter has sections called Kwik Start which prompt you to do something, write something or outline a technique. (I have included a photo showing an example of this)- It comes with a 10 Day video course called Kwik Start which can be used along with the book. It has great content and Jim inspires as he teaches this- It makes you BELIEVE that you can learn better and it helps you see this by giving you the tools and helping you develop the mindset- Every page is packed with useful information. This is not about Jim showing us how good he is. No waffle, no trying to repeat unnecessary things. The book delivers high-quality content on every page. There are dedicated pages for quotes but these add value to a book designed to be functional, a great reference guide and support to implement action.- It provides a framework to help train your brain. You won’t improve just by reading the book, you will have to do the exercise and have a training regimen. Jim helps you to implement this.If you want to tap into your limitless potential and discover your Superpowers. If you want to be a better learner to improve all areas of your life then this is a great book to read. I highly recommend this book for anyone of any age. Use it not only for yourself but everyone else in your life. It will be life-changing but only if you read and implement it.
