Amazing watch
It’s an amazing watch. I like it better than my iPhone watch. It comes with two bracelets one metal and one plastic suggest you put the metal one on once you do this watch looks very expensive and very affordable buttons are easy to maneuver around. It’s one watch everybody shutdown, no regrets. I give it a five star anytime.

Charger issues
Watch is OK so far (a couple of months) when working. Serious deficiency in charging. 1) The charger is held in place magnetically. After a few weeks of use, the magnets come out of the charger cord, and are very difficult to put back in for charging. 2)Time of holding a charge is diminishing over time. Now, it dies after two days. I tried emailing them about the magnets and had no response. Would recommend not buying. I am going to bite the bullet and purchase a brand name smartwatch.

I bought this product on an absolute whim, as I’ve never owned a smartwatch before and did I pick the right one. The watch has countless functions for sport activities as well as health monitoring capabilities such as blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen levels. There are dozens and dozens of watchfaces you can download for different styles. I incurred an issue with not being able to adjust the steel wristband to my satisfaction and contacted customer service. They were stellar. They delt with the issue promptly, professionally and without hesitation. I highly recommend this watch, especially for the price. It is an absolute gem ! Thank you again, customer service !
