   An Astounding Product!
   From the first moment when you first receive the product, and you open it up, you become immersed in both a stellar presentation and technology.The physical case that the Crypto Wallet come in, is like a book. In fact, it is something that if you put on a shelf with other books, it would fit right in. At 1″ thick, about 6″ deep and 9 1/4″ tall, with rounded corners, it would be difficult to determine that it is NOT a book! You open the “book” up and you are presented with the wallet itself on the top right. Turn the first and only “page”, and you expose the rest of the package. A magnetic cover and a small cardboard box containing three Recovery Sheets, a Regulatory Statement, a “Getting Started” booklet and a couple of pieces of advertising. All beautifully packaged in a black theme.The actual wallet is quite demure. At 2 1/8″ wide, 3 3/8″ tall and about 1/4″ thick, it is very easy to transport, or keep on ones person.The text on the unit – curved E ink – looks both futuristic and yet “old school” at the same time. I believe it is because we are all used to so much colour, that going back to simple, straight forward text, is novel again. And it should be noted, that the text is razor sharp!One small detail that I just love, is the battery level check. On first examination, I could not find it – a small LED turning red or blue. Nothing. But then I found it – on the spine of wallet! Just a tiny battery and – when charging – the tiny battery disappears and a different display takes over. A small clear battery that slowly fills in, plus a percentage of charge beside it. Very clever!The main idea behind security is keeping your assets safe and protected, right? I like the fact that this company – Ledger – has developed its own proprietary software for just that reason. I also like the fact that the build quality is so high.Navigation with the touch screen is smooth and easy. The crispness of characters just astounds me! Screen refresh is quick with only a short pause before displaying the next screen. And despite the small size, the wallet feels solid and “one piece” – with the only excepting being the power on button of the side of the unit.I have a friend who writes code and programmes for a living, and he tells me that such a cold wallet as this, is something he would probably forgo, and just use his latest iPhone for such a task. That may be true, and I do love my iPhone, but I like better, the idea of independent manufacturer making a completely dedicated electronic wallet to safeguard my assets, rather than trusting a giant cell phone maker with tentacles every where!Bottom Line – A single purpose, highly secure electronic wallet that keep assets safe and secure!

   If the curved E-ink display does not impress you in this crypto storage device, then you may be harder to please with its other functions. Though it being a versatile crypto wallet does lend itself to being “high-tech” generally speaking, so you might have expected something this attractive. It’s not just a gimmick, it also makes it easier to use, along with the stunning look. Though, the only downside I see to this is that it makes the crypto wallet too attractive, to the point that it is grabbing peoples attention to something that might be too valuable for you to be as such. You might want to not have something like this as your crypto wallet, to show off as a tech attractive component. So that depends on your personality. I personally appreciate the high tech feel of the outer interface, as it is not only nice to look at, but it also offers a unique UI experience.    Stax was brilliant, first time moving crypto from an exchange to a cold wallet. Watched one YouTube video and was away. Moved a stack of crypto from the exchange to the ledger in under a minute. Definitely recommend for first time cold wallet users, I’m 50 and managed it no problems. So slick and easy to use 12 out of ten. Thank you ledger 🙏 beautifully packaged and very easy to use. All you have to do is go through the setup and download all the aps on the stax that match the crypto you want to move. Could have done it quicker without the YouTube videos but wanted to make sure I wasn’t doing anything wrong. Much easier interface to deal with than most exchanges.
