So far, it’s still going strong
I’m nearing two weeks of use and very close to the ~ 300 lb user limit. So far, it’s holding up fine. It hasn’t begun rocking/gotten loose when I move side to side. The castors roll smoothly. When I lean back it doesn’t feel like anything is about to break.It’s not the worst chair I’ve ordered on Amazon (I purchased a “massage” office chair once that had a jabby piece of metal in my back; I had to throw it away after a couple weeks and take a several hundred dollar loss because you can’t return massive items from third party sellers). It’s also not the most comfortable. I find it leaves my lower back feeling cold/tingly after 12+ hours in it.So far, it’s on par with other chairs in the price range. I’ve had more comfortable. I’ve had less comfortable. I’ve had much less stable (that starting wobbling after a week of use). On the whole, it’s a decent chair for the price.

I have had good experiences with LarkLeaves as a brand. This feels like another solid built product that should last a long time. It just feels well made. What is holding me back from 5 stars is that comfort wise it feels more like chairs I have tried at half the price. It is ok but that is just it ok. For those needing to spend long periods of time sitting this may not be the best option at this price. If you are more concerned with quality and longevity but don’t need to sit for 10 hours straight then this is an excellent product from a brand I have had good experiences with.

I would give this chair 3.25 to 3.5 stars if I could because it’s heavy, comfortable and works well ergonomically speaking. Visually (see photos) I would say it’s slightly less attractive than seller images, but ok for fit and function. But to ship a chair either pre-broken or with packaging insufficient so that it has 2 broken sections and scratches elsewhere… no. I realize they advertise quick response to quality issues and good customer support but at least one of these issues I would not have possibly seen until putting this 2/3 of the way together first and at that point are you going to de-assemble it and package and return it? It’s too much of a hassle.Obviously you have a good shot of it arriving unbroken, and in that case yes, I would have given it 4 stars. But a heavy furniture piece needs to have better quality control out the door. See photos for the main issues.
