We needed an ergonomic chair but did not have the 500$+ needed.After reading the reviews, we ordered it and when it arrived (earlier than expected :o)), I thought that there was a part missing. I wrote an email to the support and less than an hour after, I got a return email telling me that the par was secured safely inside another part.Putting the chair together was a breeze and we are very satisfied with the result and it is very comfortable even after 3-4 hours sitting in it.I will absolutly buy an other chair from this company.6 STARS woul be even better with the excellent after sales support.
