This chair came in a box in parts. Instructions and ALL parts were included plus a generous amount of spare screws and bolts. Took around 45 min to assemble.Everything brand new, no scratches, no dents; no previous damage! Chair once assembled looks sleek and professional and after sitting in it for a few hours getting my work done I can say it is extremely comfortable for extended periods of sitting.***Arm rests adjust in height, length. They also tilt inwards and outwards as they are on a swivel.Head rest can be adjusted from height to tilt to get that perfect support.***This unit is replacing my old chair in my recording studio, my old unit (GT RACING CHAIR) had similar features and originally costed me $400 [CAD] but this new chair has more back/spine, head support and a better integration of said features’ listed here on the product page. Best value computer chair on Amazon
I was looking for an affordable computer chair with a headrest and I certainly found one! I managed to get this on sale and an additional $20 coupon, so the price was under $200. After looking at many chairs on Amazon, I felt there was no better one for the price than this one, and I’m very happy with my decision.The chair had very clear instructions and only took about 30-40 minutes to assemble. It’s very solidly built, extremely comfortable, and has numerous adjustments to height, tilt, lumbar, arm support, and head support. I perhaps only wish the headrest could also come forward more, but honestly, if that’s the only aspect missing, that’s not much. Everything else is great with this chair. I couldn’t be happier.

Good product, but somewhat questionable cleanliness.
Almost everything about the chair is adjustable, making it suitable for a variety of heights and body shapes. It’s very comfortable. The only minor issues I have are that the screw covers are difficult to put in, and one of the pins actually snapped while I was installing it. The cover still works, but it’s a bit disappointing. The main issue, however, is that there was some rust-colored, makeup-like gunk on a small part of the exterior and a significant amount on the inside of one of the chair legs. Fortunately, since most of it was on the inside, I was able to clean the small bit on the outside with an alcohol wipe, and it came off easily. There was also some dirt on the back of the headrest plastic that was very difficult to remove. Since all the dirt and makeup like stuff was on the metal and plastic rather than the material you sit on, I only deducted one star. Otherwise, it’s a wonderful product.

Comfortable Chair at good price
Very comfortable chair to sit in. I have an IKEA chair that has lasted for quite some time now and I needed a change. This can adjust vertically and has a back adjustment slant.The weave on the back is very durable and it doesn’t feel like it’s going to break. The cushion is average but it’s definitely more comfortable than no cushion.Can add or not add arm rests – which is good because I play guitar and it helps not having arm rests.Super easy to set up and I’m happy with my purchase (so far). Decent price as well.

This chair is simply amazing. I bought a “gaming chair” from staples for roughly the same price and it is no where near as comfortable as this. I feel like I got scammed from staples after sitting in this beast.Sitting back in this chair feels great, and support is great overall. I do wish the head support was more adjustable… maybe in a future chair? For example when sitting up right my head doesn’t feel like the support is close enough without me having to tilt my head back perhaps if it were a bit more adjustable towards the head it would be perfect in every way.Though, don’t get me wrong, I’m not knocking it, when you lay back your head is fully supported. I just wish it felt more supported when you are sitting upright and not trying to lay your head against the chair. But this is only when sitting firmly upright, and, most people probably don’t care about the back of their head touching the chair sitting in this position unless in a racing sitting stance for long periods of time. If it were adjustable forward-backward by 2 inches… omg. that’s all I gotta say.Practically a dream chair other than my one little quirk and it’s really not even that bad; I can sit in this chair all day and night without my ass/back hurting.Oh, also, I love that the arm rests are adjustable and that they are a smooth soft material that even if they get dirty they’re easy to wipe clean. Cloth or foam usually ends up tearing and looking horrible on chairs making you have to replace them, not with this chair

Acheté pour mon bureau à domicile. Le montage est laborieux, la qualité trés médiocre, et le siège est peu confortable. Le réglage de l’inclinaison arrière est impossible, le fauteuil est donc inutilisable. A éviter absolument.

We were looking for an office chair, and this one came into our interest. This one has a good design to support back and body. It is a good fit and very comfortable! It can adjust the sitting level and reclining angles of this chair. The material is nice and durable. I picked the mesh material as it usually lasts longer and still looks good after a while. We can adjust the armrest and the height of the headrest. All adjustments are easy to get to while seated. I wish the neck rest could be a bit more flexible to be able to push back a little. The price is reasonable especially with coupons. We really love this chair, which allows longer time sitting. It is very easy to assemble, and it took about 30 minutes. We really love this chair, great choice!

First – I ordered a black chair but got a white one instead. Decided to live with it not wanting to deal with the entire returns process with a huge box. Assembly was quite easy and straight forward. The reason for my two start ratings are:1. The arm rests are flimsy and don’t stay in the position (horizontal) and keep swinging out which makes for a very uncomfortable elbow resting.2. There is no way for the back rest to be in a single position, meaning, if you lean backwards the back swing back which can be dangerous if you are not paying attention. This does not help my back at all.3. The seat tends to tilt down – again not something I like.Well – I am stuck with this for now.

I had bought a different chair first, but the chair lift didn’t work, so it was returned unfortunately. I didn’t want to chance that the same issue would happen with the same chair, so I decided to buy this one. Everything was the same except the seat and frame was slightly wider and the seat lift worked! Because the seat and frame is a little wider, the arm rests sit a little farther from my body, so it’s not ideal, but doable. After a few weeks, all features and functions of the seat still work . The main problem is that the seat cushion doesn’t hold it’s form when I’m sitting in the chair. The foam is think but not firm. After an hour of sitting, I sink completely into the chair and my bottom is sitting on the hard work. It os VERY uncomfortable. After a full day (8-10 hrs) of sitting my bottom, legs and back are stiff and in pain. It’s been about 2 months now since I’ve had the chair, and I still sink to the bottom and feel the hard wood. I’ve bought a separate gel seat pad to see if I can make it work (haven’t received it yet) – mostly because disassembling the chair would be difficult. It’s a shame I have to buy another cushion, but if this doesn’t work, I’ll have to return it… if I still can. The most important aspect of an office chair is the seat, so it’s disappointing.

I purchase this chair for n November of ‘23 as a Christmas gift. The recipient loved the comfort and versatility of the chair. Unfortunately, eight months later one of the arms stopped functioning. I reached out to customer service in hopes that I could purchase a replacement. Their response was almost immediate. They asked a few questions and within a few days I received a replacement free of charge. I was not excepting that level of customer service and I’m grateful and would highly recommend this chair and company!
