If you’re into organizing this is for you!
Very Motivating, especially if tidying is your thing. What works in a home can actually work in the workplace!

not worth reading if you read her first book
this is basically the same as the first book just applied to the office. There is also some advise about how to organize digital files and such, but in the year 2020 who needs that?

After Magic of Tidying and Spark Joy I thought I had all the Marie Kondo I would ever need (especially after listening to both on audiobooks and watching her Netflix series and a bunch of youtube videos). But… I was wrong. While this is not as comprehensive and some might dismiss it as too light and generic, if like me you find this entire subject (office management) boring, tedious, and headache-inducing, this might just be the ONLY book on the subject you need. It’s a light, fast read, inspirational, and can help you to prioritize and get motivated and inspired. This is a feel-good book with simple suggestions you can put into use immediately. Yes, many of them are obvious, but as Dave Ramsey would say, “It’s 80% motivation, 20% head knowledge”.If like me you just need some motivation and to feel more positive about work, this is the ticket. Well worth purchase.I can’t believe it but every book I’ve started to read by Marie Kondo so far is a must-read, must-reread for me. Life Changing Magic is one of the most important books in the last 100 years, but the others are merely “essential” instead of “most important books ever written” caliber. If you found Life-changing Magic beneficial and work in an office, read this book as soon as you can.
