    A must read if you are wanting to invest in real estate
    I highly recommend reading Natalie’s book before investing in real estate. So simple to follow and understand. She breaks everything down in an easy to read format. The information given is to the point and systematic. She has also added some really good examples based on her experience of people and properties. I thoroughly enjoyed reading Natalie’s book! I feel I have gained a lot of insight and helpful knowledge. Reading Natalie’s book has made me feel more confidant with setting myself up for success. And in laying a strong foundation in my future of investing in myself and real estate.

    If you want to get started in real estate investment, you need this book!
    This book is a perfect starter book on real estate investment especially if you are a Canadian investor. I really enjoyed reading it. Natalie is a true professional and knows what she is talking about. It’s a very easy book to read. Not boring at all, which can be an issue with many other real estate investment books. It’s a perfect book for a beginner/intermediate in real estate investment. It doesn’t give you the exact calculations (that’s more for advanced users), but if that interests you, you can just take Natalie’s course. I really enjoyed it, and I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in investing in their future.

    This such an easy read, just like you were having a conversation with a friend. I loved “Natalie’s Lightbulb Moments” …. I had a few of my own while reading this book. There are a number of great pro tips included.I recommend this book to anyone looking to invest into Real Estate.It is gold, knowing that this book was written by a Canadian for Canadians! Also, being that Natalie has done it and “lived” to tell us about it….. it is possible!

    I read Natalie’s book and understood that anyone can be an investor, flipper or Real Estate Mogul. Reading her book is so simple and informative but it takes away the fear of trying. You don’t need to be rich or famous to actually flip homes. You just need a good realtor like Natalie, and someone to guide you, like Natalie, in your endeavours.
