    Extremely Unhappy
    Bought this in June for the arrival of our grandchild in late September. On the payment plan. I haven’t even finished paying for it yet. My daughter opened it up to get it ready to go on September 22. It didn’t work. We tried everything it said to do and try. Even googled to see if we could get it working. Nothing! Then unfortunately I read the reviews. They were all pretty bad. Wish I would have done that first, would never have bought it but just thought for the price I paid it would have been a good one. Very disappointed! ☹️

    The worst !
    The worst j would give it zero starts if I could! Bought this camera twice and I had to return bIt twice ! It’s not pairing with the Hubble club application making it impossible to work! I don’t understand how a product with this price point is so useless and worthless like this! Amazon should really stop selling such a terrible product

    Camera has a manufacturer’s defect
    The camera is missing the on/off button. There is an indent on the camera where it should be. It makes it so you have to leave camera plugged in whenever using it. But if you want to reset camera it won’t be possible. Customer support is non existent have not responded in many attempts. Best to not purchase and order something different.

    Défectueux à l’achat. Impossible de contacter quelqu’un par téléphone et personne ne répond à nos courriels quand on écrit à la compagnie. Comment se faire rembourser? C’est garantie 1 an ce produit!!!!

    Wish i could give 0 stars
    Got this as a gift. Surprised to see the quality of the stream is pretty good for the price. But what i dont understand is why i cant add at least one other member to share the camera with. It takes 2 to make a baby so why in the world would this be limited to 1 person? If you want to charge me a premium membership to add members fine but that should be for the 3rd member onwards.

    Impossible to get replacement under warranty
    I purchased this camera because it was important for me to have a physical display that wasn’t dependant on a phone/app as we travel.I purchased this camera and monitor during a black Friday sale (Dec 2022) and then had my child in May (2023).My camera stopped working in September, 2023 (only after 4 months of use). The camera would not hold a charge or work while it was plugged in.I contacted customer support right away (on Sept 19 2023) and they were quick to respond. We went through the typical trouble shooting issues and sent along photos of the device to see if it was the cord or camera. It was determined that the physical issue with the camera.I understand that the company who deals with the replacement is BINATONE.They informed me that my product was under warranty and that they would send a replacement as soon as there was some in stock which they expected to be soon. This was on Sept 26 2023.I followed up Oct 3rd 2023, still not in stock.Followed up again on Oct 17th- none that were compatible in stock.Oct18th- I suggested a different model or a refund so that I can purchase my own replacement. This was not possibleFollowed up again Oct 23rd again, as there were exact same product for sale for Black Friday and Cyber Monday for 2023 and they informed me that they were not able to use website stock to fill replacement, as they are different companies?? What?.Nov 27th more follow up with extreme frustration as I have gone 3 months without a functional camera and that I had to buy a different camera because it was so unsafe not to have a monitor. But at this point I wanted the replacement on principle! This is ridiculous.Nov 30th- they advised that it had been escalated to upper management and once they have a date they would contact me.All this to say, that while I enjoyed my product for the 4 months i was able to use it, getting a replacement has been a NIGHTMARE.

    Don’t waste your money
    I received this baby monitor as a gift. There were a couple of issues with it from the beginning. The touch screen is slow to respond to which is super annoying. The camera doesn’t connect properly sometimes and you have to keep pairing it for it work. We managed but now after 11 months the monitor screen completely froze and won’t turn off. It’s just stuck on the start up page. What a garbage product. There’s way better monitors out there. I never used any of the features either like music or light. It’s just a gimmick.
