great office chair for the money
I like the quality and design of the chair. Easy to assemble and very comfortable. The electrics work though the massage is not the best chair massage, it does work. extra heating option is a great addition especially if you’re setting for extended time. Thanks Homcom and Amazon for an excellent product. Definitely recommend this product!

Great chair, comfy and warm
Love this chair, very easy to put together, Like 10 minures tops. Heat is very soothing and can be used separately from massage. Massage function works well, but a little loud on high, a little too loud to use when I am.on a call. However, uber comfy, and work 9 hours sitting in front of a computer. I would give a five except for the noise on high massage and sits a little high for my 5’2″ frame even at lowest level. Great bang for your buck, will be interesting to see how it holds up!

JUNK! and Uncomfortable
After reading many reviews, I decided to purchase this chair thinking it would help my hip issue but it doesn’t. This chair is so uncomfortable to sit in, I find myself constantly adjusting and getting up to relieve the pain. My grandmothers sewing stool from the 50’s is more comfortable! honestly!When you move/roll around, you are constantly running over the cord for the heater and massage, so i never use those options cause the cord is constantly in the way of the chair wheels. Super annoying.and lastly, the finishing on the chair is already coming off after using it on average 3-5 hours a day for the last year and all i wear is jogging pants while sitting in it so it cant be blamed on misuse or harsh clothing. Its just junk and so not worth the money i paid for this.No not lastly, the warranty is 90 days! like whats going to happen to a home office chair in 90 days! Obviously that speaks to a company that doesnt stand behind their product. Like who has a 90 day warranty and no customer satisfaction! COSTCO DOESN’T!!!Save yourself from continuing to read other reviews, and go with my advice go to another chair and company.On my way to the garbage dump then stopping at Costco on my way home. I cant even sell it to some poor soul on the buy and sell, its just cruel.

Super comfortable
This chair is so comfortable, sturdy and the quality is perfect. The back massage and heating feature is a BIG plus as I’m a student and spend literally hours at my desk and can get very sore. I learned quickly that cheaping out with computer chairs isn’t a wise thing to do as my last one was “ergonomic” but a cheap piece of 🗑. This is like a Cadillac compared to my old one 😆🥰. It was also easy to put together, as I did so myself, the only part that was kind of difficult & could’ve went smoother with another person was attaching the back of the chair to the bottom. But it’s not impossible to put this together quickly on your own!Hiiiiiiighly recommend 👌

Broken after a year
The massage and heating feature is nice, but the way it connects to the power outlet could have been improved.The wheels are not rolling very smoothly, despite being on floor mat on hardwood floor.The stand is broken and now coming off the wheel base.The arm rests “leather” is crackingI’m 6’2″ and it doesn’t support my head.Lumbar support is not enough.

great seat size and back height
Love it! very nice chair for for a very nice price. Pro’s; seat size is not restrictive so position on chair can be changed. Height of the back is fantastic, being close to 6 feet I can still lay my head back on the chair with comfort, great for those cat naps in the afternoon. Seems to be very solidly constructed. Cons; seat is cover very tight so not very comfy at first, but breaks in is much more comfortable. Pocket for control for heat and massage should be bigger or with a velcro strap to store the electrical cord and adapter. So all in all well worth the money I would buy again.

Not very comfortable
This chair is a reason for not buying things like chairs online. It has bumps on the seat and very little cushion. There is absolutely no lumbar support and no way to adjust it. The material makes my legs sweat and the vibration (not to be confused with a massage) is pretty lame. The heat is noticeable, but doesn’t do much for me. To deal with the poor lumbar support and non-breathable fabric I am using a pillow and a turkish towel. I do use the vibration and heat from tome to time, but mostly so I don’t feel bad about throwing away $200. I really should have returned it while I could, but it was too much bother. I would not recommend this chair to a friend.
