Update! Fantastic customer service – Parent unit no longer charges
Update: after contacting customer service they were very understanding and have offered to send a replacement for the affected item! This being nearly 11 months after my purchase. Absolute amazing service 👏 the monitors and cameras themselves are used daily and get the job done. I love the temperature feature and the ability to talk to the kids. Because of this I am changing my review to 5 stars 🌟 thanks Hello Baby!I purchased this set less than a year ago and the parent unit is no longer charging… making it utterly useless. Im quite frustrated as it wasnt very cheap.When it did work it suit our needs well. The video quality wasn’t the clearest, but we could still see and hear our children. I loved the option of having 2 cameras, the voice option, and being able to have a nearly 360 view.I have reached out for help with this issue and will update when/if they respond.

Audio stopped working
— Update –It’s working again! I reached out to customer service and they were very quick to respond (and on a Friday evening!). They were very helpful and friendly. The product itself is worth four stars: it gets the job done, but the controls are pretty clunky and the picture isn’t the clearest. The customer service brings it up to a five star review. Overall good value for the money.– Original review –I’ve had this less than a year and the audio completely stopped working. Video is working, microphone is working, but I get no audio feedback on the monitor. Extremely disappointed. Other cons to note: I find the controls annoying, the picture is only ok, the zoom is pretty useless. Pros (before the audio issue): it had good range, it got the job done (until it didn’t…).

unreliable!!!!
since the second I plugged these in they have had trouble staying reliably connected to the screen. I will be steps outside my kids doors and the signal will cut in and out, but they always seemed to pick up when there was a noise… until now. I am writing this at 3 am because I cannot sleep after I woke up an hour ago thinking “wow baby is finally sleeping a longer stretch” only to get up to use the washroom to hear my sweet 5 month old absolutely losing her mind in her room. I looked back in my room and the monitor was silent. now I cannot trust that it will go off again tonight when she wakes up again. I have tried moving the cameras in the kids rooms, disconnecting and reconnecting the cameras etc and nothing seems to work to fix this issue. I haven’t had time to reach out to the company on top of the million other things I do in a day and now i am kicking myself. I’m so upset now that I cannot trust this monitor to do it’s only job and leaving my baby sobbing. we had the older model for our 3 year old when he was a baby and it worked amazing could go out in the yard no issues, this newer model is garbage.

Camera connection drops
Monitor works but the camera connection drops frequently and the temp is off by 2ish degrees.

Works as advertised; easy to use!
Works as intended; takes no set up, just plug in and start using them. Easy to toggle between cameras and clear sound. Find screen quality is lacking in comparison to the larger single camera model we also own by this brand though, hence 4 stars instead of 5.

I’ve been using the Hello Baby cameras daily, and I’m truly impressed by their reliability and quality. The video and sound are clear, the range is great, and they’ve made monitoring my kids so much easier. As a first time mom I needed to get a baby monitor but without Wi-Fi the options were very few. I was hesitant to order this camera but trusted the reviews and gave it a try. I got 2 cameras & 1 monitor since they were on sale & I am so impressed! The quality for not having Wi-Fi connectivity is so good. The brightness varies depending on the room brightness but so far it’s adjusted very well to any setting lighting I’ve had it in. The night vision is also plenty clear to see your baby! It doesn’t require an app or any extras it’s just a simple camera to screen monitor. The sound works well & you are able to talk thru the monitor to the camera if needed! The battery life seems to last quite a while to although I typically set my cameras up where they stay plugged in & charge the monitor as needed. This HelloBaby set is by far worth its value& I HIGHLY suggest it to any parents looking for a non Wi-Fi or simple baby monitor!!

I’ve had multiple of these cameras over the years. They’re all good quality. My only complaint with this particular monitor is I can’t get the volume to mute completely.

This has great visuals, great auditory and easy to get the hang of. It took a few to get the hang of transitioning to the menu and between cameras but now that I know where everything is I love it! Great value for the money!
