Very nice, dependable monitor
Honestly we love this unitThe camera panning is excellentThe visual on the screen is clear and not grainyIt is very sensitive as well when our baby makes very small noises it lights up which is excellent for peace of mind.The battery life also is pretty good we will have it beside us in bed and it will last all night ( A full 8 hours)The range is nice too we can be in our basement with the monitor and it will work perfectly fine to our child’s room.Honestly I would recommend this unit it has been fantastic for us.Also I should mention their customer service is spot on!

Great product, phenomenal customer service
Bought the baby monitor and camera in August 2024, and loved it right away. Did everything it said it did and was very user friendly. Had no complaints until parent model stopped working properly in Oct. Contacted customer service, recieved a response via email within 24 hours and had the issue resolved. Super happy with the product and customer service. Would definitely buy from hello baby again and reccomend to anyone looking for no wifi baby monitor.

Glitching
I really loved this monitor at first but we have only been using it since August 2023 and it just keeps glitching(as seen in video) a few times now it has gone to that weird screen and then stayed there all night and couldn’t even be turned off I just had to unplug it and let it eventually die to reset it. When it goes to that screen you’re unable to hear or see anything. I tried contacting product support but they never got back to me unfortunately.

The best baby camera!
This is definitely the best baby camera I’ve found for such a low price!It keeps track of the room temperature, and you can set guidelines for the temperature as well so it will set off an alarm if the room gets too hot/cold.Different volume/brightness settings. It has a mic so I can talk to my baby through the camera.Night vision mode is very clear!You can spin the camera around and move it up/down using buttons on the portable screen that you take with you.You can mount it on the wall.Does not use wifi! (Yay!)I can walk way out into my yard and the monitor still works perfectly from such a long distance!ECO mode is a huge bonus, three settings: low volume, high volume and off. So basically, the monitor is on but the screen turns off completely. It will automatically turn back on if your baby makes a “low” or “high” volume noise (depending on what setting you selected). This has been amazing for me at night. I hate white noise and didn’t want a monitor on beside me all night long. I love that I get to enjoy silence during the night, and if my baby makes a noise the monitor will automatically turn on!An alarm goes off if the monitor is close to dying, so you don’t have to worry about the monitor dying while you’re asleep.There is a timer mode, so you can set timers directly on your monitor! I used it for feedings.Also a lullaby mode, the camera will literally play music for the baby.Has lights on it that light up to indicate that the baby is making soft or loud noise, that feature is wonderful for the hearing impaired.My ONLY critique would be that the monitor needs to have buttons on it for brightness and volume. I don’t like that I have to go into the settings every time I want to adjust the volume or brightness. It gets annoying, that’s the only reason I rated this a 4/5. If they could add volume and brightness buttons, it would be a 5/5!

I bought it again
I had it for my first son, loved how reliable it is, range of use and simplicity. Bought it for our second son another one and it broke down (my fault probably) after 7 months of use. Costumer service is excellent and they simply sent me a new one! Arrived in a couple of days. I would definitely recommend. If I could improve it, I would like to connect both cameras to both monitors (this is not possible, just 2 cameras in a single monitor) because this way both me and my husband could have a monitor to check both.

18 months of use
This product worked great for first 18 months but unfortunately the charging port fell inside the monitor and now no way to charge it. Their is no way to open it up to fix it without destroying the monitor. So it’s now garbage, still was working fine just bad quality.. very sad to send something like this to the landfill/recycling. Range was enough for us we have a 1800 sq ft house and it was across the house and worked good, night vision good. Sound was a little delayed but didn’t bother us. Please start making products to last.

Ok a imagen se ve super bien, hasta puedo ver ver pequeños movimientos Como la respiración d mi bebé, en la noche con todas las luces apagadas veo al bebé perfecto, se escuchan así todos los sonidos igual a la perfección. Die Kamera tut alles was sie soll und hat eine sehr gute Bild und Ton Qualität finde ich. Auf der lautesten Stufe höre ich mein Kind sogar teilweise atmen.Der Akku hält auch recht lang und der Empfang auf Entfernung ist auch okay.
