Camera is great had to roder a new one cus mine broke after too many times dropping it lol my fuakt completely not the item itself at all. Size is great night vision is okay but only okay compared to other better than what I’ve had before.But battery I feel like could be way better.I love the Eco mode so that way the screen isn’t on the entire time. Love that feature

When is the last time customer service contacted YOU to make sure they were sending you the correct item? HelloBaby did that and it blew my mind.We needed to replace our monitor because we dropped it and the screen broke. Oops. After ordering this monitor as a replacement, HelloBaby sent a secure message via Amazon to make sure they were sending a monitor that would be compatible with our pre-existing cameras. (Mind blown) In fact, HelloBaby’s customer service was so proactive because they noticed we had ordered their monitor+camera set six months ago. Once I confirmed, they rushed the new monitor to us without charge and it arrived twice as quickly as Amazon advertised. (Mind blown again)This is the BEST customer service experience I’ve had with an online retailer, period. Nice work HelloBaby!

*update* the seller has reached out and sent my a monitor compatible with my current system free of charge. I do wish the description was more clear, as both cameras are hb6550 but for some reason don’t work with this particular monitor, however I am satisfied that I now have a functional system and customer service came through.I initially purchased this system a little over a year ago and was pleased at first. About 8 months in, the battery fizzled out and would only last maybe 30 minutes if not plugged into the charger and the sound no longer works on the monitor. So I purchased this replacement monitor after some research and making sure my cameras were compatible per the product description. When it arrived it wouldn’t pair with the cameras. I reached out to the seller for help and after some troubleshooting they sent another monitor…. Which also didn’t work. After reaching out again with pictures of the cameras, serial numbers and the order number of the original unit that I bought (in hopes they could guide me to a resolution to purchase the right one or swap it out) I was given no help and was told that the cameras that I had originally purchased were not the cameras that they said I had purchased? It’s taken over 2 weeks to try and solve this issue with zero resolution and I will now be out shipping cost if I want a refund. Pretty disappointed with the product and the customer service as this could have easily been fixed had they given me any solution or recommendations on a monitor that would work.

Customer service reached out before shipping to confirm I would get the correct monitor for my cameras mailed out. Received it yesterday and it got connect to my other cameras perfect, so far so good!
