Line the bottom of your bamboo or metal steamer so dumplings, breads and dim sum will not stick. The perfect solution for steaming dumplings, breads and dim sum without sticking. Instead of using cabbage leaves or tediously cutting out rounds of waxed paper, these 9 perforated parchment paper liners fit right into the bamboo steamer. For larger steamers, layer with two or more liners. Breads, dumplings and even Thai sticky rice wont stick, vegetables wont stain the steamer and after cooking, you simply throw the used liner away. Keeps your steamer clean and so easy to use. Inspired design reminiscent of the world itself
You know what I hate? Having to cut circles in parchment paper. I mean how annoying is it to trim the corners of the square paper? It’s like people never realized that circles are representative of the wheel, and that wheels are what makes the world go round.. (the world is also round). This product is revolutionary and amazing, and I applaud whoever decided to invent it.But in all honesty, it’s convenient parchment paper. Amazon shouldn’t even ask me to write a review, but it did, so I did.

handy, potential multi-purpose
Ordered this Jun24 and also an 8 inch bamboo steamer. Both arrived Jun26th intact and undamaged. This ring made of aluminum well finished (but not polished). One side is marked ‘this side up’, the outer lip contains any condensation that may collect, helping to direct in toward the middle and drain back to the heat source. The inner lip allows drainage as it is bent downwards and also helps to keep the ring centered on the heat source such as a pot of appropriate size. The outside diameter of 11 inches checked correct, the ring’s annular flat width measured 1.38 inches and does not include the thicknes of the outer lip (0.10 inches) or any of the inner lip curvature. The inner opening measured 7 inches diameter. I expect it to last a long time, and could put it to use in other cooking applications (with a convenient lid) such as reducing liquids for thickness. The 8 inch bamboo steamer fits quite nicely.

Decent product
I think they are too expensive for what you get. However, to make them last a lot longer, I use them over and over again about 10 times before I might use another.

Great product for Stressless Steaming
These fit inside the traditional bamboo steamers, as well as fit quite well into my circular electric steamer(just an inch smaller than the inset rack). Using this paper prevents the dumplings from sticking to the pot. There are tiny holes to enable steam to get everywhere. I also find the papers useful when steaming vegetables or fish, and again it wont stick, but also you will not lose and smaller bits that may fall off, by removing the food within the paper when cooked through.Using these each time you steam can get expensive, so use wisely.

I have very little room to store cookware, this gives me a steamer option without having to purchase another pot.

Unfortunately the postman tried to force the envelope into my mailbox. It was bent and scratched.A “DO NOT BEND” sticker on the package would have been helpful.I tried to straighten the ring, still looks crooked but kind of works now.

A very good purchase to use with a bamboo steamer. It fits over a lot of different size pans and pots and it allows the pan to be filled with more water which won’t touch the bottom of the steamer. It is brilliant for gas hobs as well as it prevents the sides of the steamer from scorching.

I have a bamboo steamer and these fit perfectly. I was a bit concerned after reading the reviews that it would not fit but that was not the case. I have used these several times now and am glad that I purchased so I don’t have to cut my parchment paper.Highly recommend if you have the need for these in your steamer. I have the Joyce Chen 2-Tier Bamboo Steamer Baskets, 10-Inch and these fit perfectly.
