Great information provided regarding WFH habits, boundaries and avoiding burnout. Some contradicting information because it is written by multiple authors. Some say “You need to video with your coworker to really bond” and the other says “Don’t video all the time, you’ll burn them out”. So take what applies to you, leave the rest behind. It trends towards addressing the companies that have SOME office workers and SOME remote workers but some of it does’t apply as my whole company is remote. It’s got great content and great recommendations for other books.
