Tips when use: *Lumbar support: There are a total of 7 gears for the lumbar support (including the initial gear). Pulling up 6 gears will produce a gear sound, and pulling down 7 gears will unlock the gear. Easy assembly, good adjustments
Video for folks complaining about the chair not holding the adjustments. You’re doing it wrong. ;)Assembly was easy, took about 20 minutes assembling it solo. The instructions did a good job explaining how to assemble and had no alignment issues.It’s a nice upgrade from the managerial chair I was using before – those things are not designed with ergonomics in mind, oof my back – and far better than the last cheap office chair I had.The mesh is neither too firm or too loose for me and the adjustments are adequate to allow me to set it up to be comfortable at my desk.Only gripe I have is that while it’s nice that the armrests can adjust forward, they do not slide far enough back for my taste. Just personal preference.All adjustments hold positions perfectly and I was quite surprised by how not trash the foot rest is (I was strongly considering not attaching it).Do I think it’s worth the $900CA and change I spent on it? Not really. I feel like $700CA would be a much more reasonable ask considering just how much plastic is on this chair (a lot). It would be way too much hassle, and the pros outweigh the cons for me, to send it back, though, so I’m gonna keep it.

Inconfortable et mauvais design
Cette chaise est l’une des plus inconfortable que j’ai pu essayer. Même en l’essayant sur plusieurs jours pour m’y habituer, après moins d’une heure, j’avais mal au postérieur. Dès qu’on bouge, plusieurs ajustements de la chaise se défont et il faut les refaire. Le repose pied en bougeant coulisse aussi de lui-même ce qui est un irritant. Outre les bras qui semblait d’une moins bonne qualité, le reste de la chaise semblait assez robuste pour durer des années.

Es una gran silla, hasta el momento me ha gustado mucho y es muy cómoda, materiales de calidad, con lo necesario para armarla. Lo único malo que es que nunca logro encontrar en una silla un buen coporte para la cabeza. Se me hacen incomodos.
