Best chair ive ever sat in
i use this chair for my work… and it’s amazing. it allows me to sit comfortably cross legged, or on my knees, or sitting regularly too. its comfortable and fully adjustable. you can spend long hours in this chair and feel great! I wish i had the money to buy one for home

Was really hoping this was the one
I got the black with 4d arm rests and lumbar, few things i didnt like. My shirt feels like it rides up (did not get the digital knit) my pants feel like the catch on the seat fabric also riding them up.. the arm rests are hard and when you shift around to adjust yourself they move around and you have to re-adjust. got mix feelings about the lumbar feels too strong at times but sometimes it works. for some reason i feel like i end up leaning forward after sitting too long. for this price tag i could not get over these issues. as beautifully designed as this chair is, there is alot of room for improvement at this price tag.

I am 6’3″ and was worried this chair would be too small, but it fits perfectly. I went from an Ikea Marcus for the last 6 years to this chair, and its night and day. I don’t end my work day with stiffness and aches anymore. The chair is quiet, has so many different configurations, and arrives completely assembled. On top of all that, this is American made.

This is a solidly built chair with so many options that I’m still discovering them as I grow accustomed to it. My office mates all have Herman Miller Aeron chairs, but I personally cannot stand those things. They cut off the circulation in my legs and I can’t sit cross-legged in them, so I had to find something different. Do I have regrets? Yes. One is the eye-watering price, but it’s about on par with what we spent on the HM chairs. I also wish I’d gone with a different color. The black is nice, but the hounds tooth pattern on the seat cushion is a bit jarring. I wish it was ALL black. I went with the black color because I was worried the other lighter colors would be susceptible to staining, but that’s no fault of Haworth’s. My original intention here was to give this a 4 star rating due to the absolutely insane price, but let me tell you why I didn’t do that – my particular Fern chair was received with minor damage incurred during shipping. I had initially intended to return it, but decided to reach out to the manufacturer instead. They immediately sent me replacement parts to repair the damage for no charge. That kind of customer service is gold to me, so….have your extra star, Haworth. One other thing of note – if you’ve done your homework on this purchase, you probably were interested in the adjustable lumbar feature on the chair. I did not notice that this chair being sold on Amazon does NOT have that feature and it doesn’t appear to be something that can be added after the fact. Shame on me for not noticing that. I don’t know what I don’t know, so I can’t really speak to how that impacts the overall comfort of the chair. Without it, it’s still an excellent perch from which to rest during my usual 10+ hour days in the office.

I am 5 feet tall and need the right chair. This should be it. I have wasted a lot of money and time in search of the perfect chair. I like all the controls for this chair; it’s comfortable and fits me.. it also came assembled- my husband was thrilled. The seat could be a better cushion, but otherwise I am happy to keep this chair.

Delivery issued a problem on how the packaging wasn’t not properly holding up. They took the time to show me the box was in pieces and was giving the option to take it or send it back. Chair seems okay so accepted delivery, but the handling of the box was in pieces and label issues too. Really weird
