    Great product
It is an excellent kitchen tool! It blends effortlessly, making everything from smoothies to sauces and batters with ease. Powerful, efficient, and easy to clean with no leaks or spills, it’s a must-have for any home cook. Highly recommend!

    Great Customer Service!!
This is a great mixer/grinder for all Indian cooking needs. There isn’t anything like this from any other manufacturer. It has the right jar and blade design for all milling and grinding needs. Most other products you find from non-Indian manufacturers are good only for blending smoothies, even those that boast about their incredible ice crushing strength. After two years of Idli/Dosa batter grinding, the rotor head of my Hamilton Beach mixer grinder broke which made it unusable. I contacted customer service and I was asked to send pictures of the problem, which I did. Later they asked me to cut the plug off the wire and send a picture of that as well, probably to ensure that mixer/grinder is actually broken. I did that too. and, then I was sent an email saying that I will be receiving a replacement mixer/grinder. I was only expecting a mixer motor base, but I received the full new set including the jars, which I really appreciate as the lid closing mechanism was broken as well and we couldn’t buy a replacement for it. Overall a great experience, wouldn’t hesitate to buy another Hamilton Beach product.

    Amazing!
I love this blender so much! it comes with 3 attachments 1) 1 litre 2) 1.5 litre and 3) a spice grinder that are all so easy to clean and blend everything together beautifully. The design of the spout reduces spillage. It has a tight base so it’s good to emulsify all your food together and makes really nice smoothies with a good thickness and consistency. I was choosing between this blender and a vitamix and this Hamilton Beach one has the same or even better performance for 1/2 the price.

    A great mixie!
Well, so far it has done an excellent job grinding idli batter, appam batter, chutneys, smoothies. I have used it around 5-6 times, so I don’t know about the durability yet. Hoping this lasts, because it is not cheap. I was really hesitant buying it because it was expensive. But my other option to get the job done was double this one’s price – vitamix and i wasn’t sure if that would do the job even after me paying 700bucks. So stuck with this, read through reviews, watched youtube videos to calm my anxiety about this and so far it has done its job well. It makes a lot of noise, the motor is powerful. The rubber gaskets make cleaning the mouths of the jars difficult. Otherwise, excellent product. Will update here after a few months of use.

not worth 500$.update after 2 months there’s no warranty
Every thing is solid but the lids! They are very cheaply made thin plastic like dollar store kids 5$ plastic toy car.the most important part of the blender the clear plastic corner that goes in the jug then the blender will start and also u have to pull that side to open the lid;and these lids are very very stiff so hard to pull open and push close.i hope Hamilton beach read my review and fix there product design mistakes. These lids should be made of rubbere food grade plastic that are flexible and not easy to break,I mean charge 50$ more but don’t compromise with the quality Hamilton beach or who ever designed it. 💯 % lids are not even simple home use quality forget about commercial use. Because u need to be really gentle when opening up and closing it or it will break. And commercial chefs are very care less.and they wants to finish their work as fast as possible once upon a time I worked in commercial kitchen for 6 y ,i saw so many chefs. So I don’t recommend it for commercial use or even for home use is someone who is careless.update after 2 months of buying I never use the dry small spice grinder jar it doesn’t recognize the base. I emailed the customer service of Hamilton beach they never answered back. So no warranty 5 years warranty is a big lie.

    Lids are flimsy
Even though this is a good product, better than costly Vitamix. Mostly used for preparing Indian meals, idli and dosa batter. The lids on the jars are cheaply made and broke after 6months of use. Hamilton should provide a replacement for the broken lids. Otherwise it is a nice product.

  7. Sngglbnny

    Works exactly as advertised
The components are made from good-quality materials. We have used it only for a few short weeks and so far so good, it is working exactly as intended. All the components function properly. There is very little noise considering the heavy-duty work the machine can perform. We hope that it continues to work long-term; only time will tell.

  8. Ikram

    THE BEST!!!!
While expensive, it’s THE BEST all rounder. From mincing meet to grinding flour, it’s does everything so easily. The quality is SUPERRRBBB and it’s built to last. Easy to clean and maintain as well. The pre set modes are a boon to use.A must have for your kitchen. Love it!!!!

We have been using this grinder/blender for over a month now. We were looking for a grinder for Indian food for over a year. I finally thought maybe I should order from India since I couldn’t find anything here in the US, but due to COVID-19, there was a long waiting time. One day I came across this one. I read almost all the reviews and was a bit hesitant since some people had issues and good reviews were not long enough to get to know much about the product.I gave it a try anyway, and it came in within 12 days (a bit longer wait time). It packaged very carefully, and it was a beauty fresh out from the box and very high-quality stainless steel. It is nothing less than my Ninja kitchen system and Vitamix. I have seen some Indian brand grinders. The quality and the craftsmanship can never match up to Ninja or Vitamix. We had some Hamilton Beach products in the past I(the entry-level) but never impressed with the brand. This Professional line is top of the line when it comes to quality. When I come to the performance, we grind the spices; I have been watching many masala recipes on YouTube, making my own at home. I have learned to make some green chatni during the lockdown. A family friend of ours gave us homegrown organic turmeric roots. It grinds beautifully, it was a little hot and had to wait for a few minutes like 4 or 5 minutes to restart. But it’s turmeric root we are talking about; it is tough to grind the turmeric. I tried Ninja in the past, and it couldn’t grind it, and yes, Ninja is not a grinder, but I have been using Ninja to grind here and there in the past.I use the big jar to make smoothies; something in the blades makes the smoothies soft and even consistency like Vitamix. It is a mixture of two of my favorite blenders. I genuinely enjoy it, and there is a five-year warranty on it, and they sell the extra parts separately on their website. The functionally is there, but it also starts with just pressing one switch if you don’t want to go through all those functions. Honestly, I don’t use those functions at all. I use the power button and chose my speed, and hit start. In the end, it has become my favorite blender/grinder, and I reach for it the most. It has been part of our daily cooking.

I bought this mixer four months ago and it was great using this product. The only problem – and this is the biggest product design defect – is that the ears of the latches come off easily, even with just gentle usage. The lids have delicate parts that can easily break. The mixer won’t start without the lids. Yes, they advertise that the lids are shatterproof but that is not true. The lid itself will not break, but those small notches and latches break easily, rendering the mixer useless. There are no parts for this mixer 3rd party or otherwise, so you will be starring at a very expensive mixer that refuses to work because a small piece of easy to break tab of plastic came off. I tried super glue, but to no avail. If I have to rethink this purchase, I’d should have returned it when I had the chance. Getting the lids would be a consolation, but I know that I will be back here again after a few months or less. So here I am looking for a mixer once again. The easy part is, I know which ones not to get.

Hamilton beach mixer grinder is a very smart appliance ,grinding dosa batter in this was like childs play, its preset menu option is so thoughfully designed it makes the task in the kitchen like chutney ,grinding dals and dry masalas very easy and gives consistent result every timeThe dosa batter was grinded in under 3 minsInitially it was difficult to fix the jars in the body but with practice it can be done easilyIf there is anything stuck in the blade the jars do not fit easily initially i was irritated with this but then later i realised it gives it even more safteyI hope this will last long as its a expensive buy for this product rangeSo far its a good experience and will review again after using it for 1 year

Too much technology stops form smooth running and not stable, had to return because the small jar was not detected by the mixer and was forced to use large jars for small quantities

I have been using this gadget for the last 2 months, nearly daily. In terms of blending semiliquid stuff to make fine gravy for various Indian entrees as well as shakes, it works very well like any other powerful blender but problems crop up with coarse and wet hard and dry grinding. Making various chutneys with minimum water is not as uniform and fine as other gadgets like Sumeet. If you have less than a cup or two for semi-dry and fine grinding, the results are not consistent or easy. Suppose the company would have included a small jar for waterless chilies or garlic or ginger grinding or small batches of Indian chutneys that would have been convenient or would have improved efficiency for smaller batches. Trying to repeatedly try to blend above chutneys with minimum water or soaked lentils with minimal liquid may cause the machine to overheat easily. There is adequate power in blending and mixing in a uniform manner on pre-set settings or manual as far as moderately liquid materials are concerned. Making gravies, and fruit blending for juices is very smooth and better than top-of-the-line blenders in the American market. Also, the alignment of the blender on the base could have been easier than it is. I could have returned above but the timeline to return has passed. The only reason to return is semi-dry grinding efforts are very poor and not consistent.Recently, after trying to grind wet loose chutneys, the machine started making noises and I had to shut the machine. I do not wish to reuse this. I did not expect such a poor product from Hamilton Beach.
