The absence of PFAS and PFOA was an essential criterion for me. This pan cooks food evenly and truly prevents food from sticking using only a little oil. I recently tried and returned Hexclad and Redchef pans due to their inadequate non-stick performance, they responded that I should scrub harder (lol). I often start stir-fries with garlic, ginger and chili and find that flat base woks cook these aromatics more evenly over conventional woks. I’ve successfully baked at 500°F (rated up to 600F) without the lid, encountering no issues, I probably won’t risk baking with the lid which is rated to 425°F due to its glass construction. My only gripe, the pan’s heavier weight necessitates a strong wrist or the use of both handles when pouring food out of the pan, which I now do with greater control.

PFAS-free was important to me. There has been no decline in non-stick performance after a month of daily use.

I only give 4star be I the wok is really heavy. That’s the only disadvantage for me, but other than that I love the wok, my food doesn’t stick on the wok anymore. It has a nice and non toxic coating so that I feel safe to cook on a nonstick wok. It heats up very quickly no need high heat. The size is just right, I can stir fry dishes and stew some meat as well. It’s a little pricier but the quality is really great. Recommended.

I purchased this pan in October. It already time to trash it. Hard to clean, terribly heavy. Sticks easily,Much better options out there. Never buy again greenpan
