This pan feels high-quality. It’s non-stick as advertised and easy to clean, but all non-stick pans have these characteristics when new. One supposed advantage of ceramic non-stick coating over Teflon is that ceramic can tolerate higher heat. This is useful for me because I like to stir-fry at near-maximum heat settings. Unfortunately, I’m not confident I can do this after reading the usage recommendations printed on the package. Some of the printed information seems contradictory. For example, it says this pan can withstand up to 600F but also says to use low to moderate heat settings. It says metal-utensil safe but recommends using silicone utensils and avoiding scrubber sponges and nylon brushes. In any case, I think the safest thing to do is to treat the ceramic coating on this pan as if it were Teflon. I hope the non-stick coating lasts longer than Teflon, but only time will tell.

This pan is great so far. No sticking. It’s very heavy. Works great on induction. I hope the nonstick lasts.

The ceramic coating is amazing. Thick and heavy duty. Nice handle and solid rivets.Recommend to use a little oil or butter to get a great sear on meat.Quick rinse to clean. The pan is steal, the handle is aluminum
