The weight and balance is perfect, the quality of craftmanship is clear and exceptional. The ceramic is smooth and food seems to float on top of it and slides right off onto a plate or platter. These are obviously well engineered, they are a pleasure to use but the best thing about these is the science behind the ceramic coating, I think these are the safest coated pans on the market. This company pioneered making safe none stick ceramic coatings that don’t flake off and get into food chain like some non stick coatings. These pans are balanced, have a solid feel, heavier than most but not extremely heavy or uncomfortable. The heat distribution is even and they heat up quickly. Cleanup is just a wipe with soft cloth, they are so easy to clean, they repeal everything. These are not the most expensive pans on the market, but they’re top shelf, cost a little more than average pan cost. They’re worth the price, this is the kind of pan you use & lasts for a lifetime.

They ended up warping. I don’t know if it’s because of heat or they came warped new. I’ve used them on medium heat on the big burner.

The pans are excellent. I recommend them more thab any other pans on the market due to their foodsafe non-stick coating and the quality of their handles. The metalwork is beautiful and quite supple in the palm. I am more than happy with the price point and all the wonderful foods cooked on them. Happy I chose to go GreenPan again, 5 years after getting my first set. Thanks
