wonderful nonstick – the lid makes a great allpurpose pan
Very pleased by the build quality of this pan. My parents have had Greenpan nonstick pans for years and they still look just like new, so I splurged on this one. The nonstick is very slippery, the lid lets me steam food, cleanup is very easy. I’ve used this for pancakes, eggs, and sauces. Was lucky enough to find an open-box warehouse deal for half price and the pan was in new condition.

A good pan so far
Product arrived on time in good shape.Only been used a few times, the non stick feature works well, time will tell if it’s better then the traditional pans that I’ve had in the past.The size throws me off a bit, most of my cooking was done with a ten inch pan so this larger size changes things a bit, not a problem of the pan, just something that I need to adjust to.Cleans up easy by hand, I think that is easier then trying to fit it into the dishwasher.

It’s everything I wanted in a large frying pan!
Love it! It was a returned item with damaged packaging but the pan and lid were perfect in every way. I love pink, I wanted a Green pan for its environmental design, but the price tag was a bit scary. I took a chance on an Amazon used deal and got everything I was hoping for; a non-stick pan with a helper handle and lid. It is the perfect size and everything slides out like a dream. I am very satisfied.

DON’T HEAT UP YOUR FRYING PAN!
After only a few weeks of use, the “coating” on this pan wore off to the point the pan was next to impossible to clean. When I wrote customer service they recommended I do a special “deep clean” of the pan using an unsafe chemical melamine magic eraser on a surface you cook food on or you can purchase their “restoring sponge” that has no mention when you purchase the product. Begrudgingly I tried this cleaning but it was not effective. When I asked for a replacement pan or refund, I was denied by the manufacturer. This is a $125 pan that sticks after a couple weeks and works worse than the $15 pan I purchased to replace it. It also requires “deep cleaning” with unsafe chemicals.They stated their warranty policy does not apply to: “damages caused by deterioration due to overheating, improper cleaning”. This is a FRYING PAN, which also states it’s gas stove compatible. So a frying pan that has direct fire applied to it is not covered for “overheating”. Unreal. I will not be purchasing from this company again. The pan is so difficult to clean and cook with because it sticks so bad that it’s now useless. Garbage.

The pan arrived in good shape which surprised me because it was so very poorly packed in a large box with no packing material, it just loosely slid around in it , that is the reason for only four stars, I like the pan though.

Pans cook evenly
These attractive pans are lovely to cook with, cleanup incredibly easily, and are very pretty, as well.They do not require high heat to brown nicely.

My Son Loves It
I bought this pan & accompanying glass lid as a housewarming gift for my son & his girlfriend. Over 30 years ago, I owned a GreenPan frying pan that, unfortunately, wasn’t sold with a lid. The quality of it was very high, so when I saw this advertised at a local cookware store, I immediately went to Amazon Canada to see if it was available. This is an *excellent* price for the quality of this pan! My son couldn’t believe that a non-stick pan was oven-safe. He told me he has used it a few times already; he’s only been in his new apartment for 1 month! Based on how much he’s used it, I’d say this was money well spent.

Best pan we’ve ever bought
We were looking for a pan with low chemicals and this pan got an excellent CR review. It wasn’t cheap..that’s probably why we are very happy with its performace and ease of cleaning.

OUR ORDERED GREENPAN WAS RETUIRNED, SO NO USE ASKING US ABOUT ITS RATING.I WOULD LIKE TO HIGHLIGHT THE REASON FOR ITS RETURN WHICH I THINK WOULD MAKE IT BETTER FOR ALL CONSUMERS GOING FORWRD. THE PROBLEM WAS THAT THE MEASUREMNTS OF THE PAN DID NOT COVER THE EXTRA SIZE THE HANDLES THAT ARE PERMANENTLY ATTACHED. WHERAS THE EXISTING MAESUREMANTS ON THE WEBSITE WERE CHECKED BY US TO SEE IF IT WOULD FIT IN THE OVEN, THE EXPANDED HANDLES ATTACHED WOULD NOT FIT, SO IT HAD TO BE RETURNED AND A LOT OF EFFORT BY US AND BY YOU WAS WASTED …I HOPE THIS IS A HELPFUL CRITIQUE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF IT WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
