Just a note of warning, not really a review. At the top of the amazon page, they are described as “dishwasher safe”, but there is a sticker attached to each pot and pan that says “HAND WASH with a soft sponge and dish soap for best results.” In the “care and cleanup” section of the manual, it says, “Although most of our collections are dishwasher safe, we always recommend hand washing because it helps your coating last longer.”

But they just don’t hold up. They came chipped and just chip soooo easy after anyways. I follow all the care instructions and they still don’t hold up. Disappointed.

I’ve had my Green Pan pot and skillet for a year and use them regularly. The performance is great. Food doesn’t stick, the surfaces heats quickly and evenly. I am careful when cleaning them (hand wash, no abrasives) but there is still some minor chipping on the edges and some small scratches. Not perfect, but still a big improvement over old nonstick coatings. I was satisfied enough with the performance that I gifted a set to my sister.

I love these pots and pans. I bought them to replace an older, heavier set that I loved but was getting harder for me to manage as I get older. These pans have wonderful heat distribution, are energy saving because I don’t have to turn the heat up as high to get the same result and they are so easy to clean. My only regret is that I didn’t buy them sooner. I love the color options, too.
