The Wong User –
perfect nonstick pan
I love my greenpans! They are perfect! Beautiful color and food just slip off the pan. The key is to use medium to low heat, as the ceramic conducts heat really well and high heat will cause the food to burn and stick to the pan.

Doesn’t work with induction cooktop!
Reading through product information suggest it works with induction cooktops but does NOT.

Great!
These really are that good. Non-sticky as all-get-out. Cleans up quick. Tough as nails. We’re huge fans!

Packaging needs improvement but good pans
I’ve had these pans for a few weeks now and I can say that as long as you follow the directions regarding cooking temperature and care, they do a great job. Nothing sticks to the surface and I’ve also found they clean very easily. I wouldn’t use these pans to try and get a good sear on meat, but for everything else they’ve been perfect. My one quibble is with with how they are packaged. They don’t come in a box. The two pans are held together by a few strips of cardboard that cross the pans in the middle, leaving the edges exposed in a flimsy plastic bag, and Amazon sent me the pans in an envelope. Somewhere along the line, the edge of the larger pan got a small chip in it, so I’m taking a star off for that. I decided to keep the pans, since I don’t think the chip will be a huge issue, but buyers should be aware that their pans could arrive damaged.

Fine!
Hard to keep clean given the colour I bought. Didn’t find them any better or worst than other products.
Happy Today –
Very happy with these pans
Very happy with these pans, do not go above medium heat and they will last you a life time for sure.

Sides stain almost immediately
I’ve only had these pans for a few weeks. At first, it was super smooth and nonstick, but now not so much. Also, if anything gets on the sides of the pan it stains badly. I wouldn’t buy again.

Amazing
You can fry an egg and it just slides off. The light blue is very nice and pretty. So easy to clean. Had it for about 4 months now and still works great.Update: I had to throw out the larger pan and it was no longer non stick. The smaller pan is still working fine so far.

Absolutely fantastic non-stick pans. I’ve always used cheap-o hand me down or ikea non-stick pans, and finally decided it was time to get something nice. The first night of getting these I made pancakes and didn’t need to use any oil or butter in the pan. I’ve cooked sticky teryaki noodles, starchy beans and different pastas and nothing hasn’t just wiped out with a paper towel.I can’t speak to the durability too much since I’ve been been babying them a bit. I haven’t used metal utensils in the pans and I have only hand washed the pan, but the interior looks brand new still. The bottom of the pan is scuffed (I have the grey color) from rubbing on the electric stove top. I would be interested to see what a gas flame would do to the bottom of the pan.I find the best temp to use when sautéing or browning something is the middle heat on my stove top, and the pans spread and hold the heat well. I’m hopeful that these pans will last me many meals and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good set of pans. I am looking into getting the sauce pot to go with these.
