Paid so much for it but quality is very bad.

    Horrible Quality
Purchased this set and the pans were chipped on arrival. Asked for another set, same thing. Chipped on arrival. Used it thinking it can’t get any worse… it did. Even the lids will scratch the edges. Clearly there is a flaw in the design or the material used. Not sure why Greenpan continues to produce these and sell it. It should be discontinued immediately.

Sept. 2022 Edit: the pans I use for frying things have shown wear and are pretty unusable now. If I try to use them in this state I get smoking making me think the coating is compromised. I cannot get the dark spots off with a non abrasive sponge. I have not noticed the peeling that others have, but definitely the wear. I always use soft utensils and no scratch sponges, but can see little scratches. For under $200 for the set, I still think it’s a good buy as this one pan gets almost daily use and has lasted 3-ish years but like others have said you need to take it easy with the heat and gentle with the cleaning.Original. I wanted something that was nonreactive and thought I would give these a try as my hard anodized set is starting to show the aluminum. These look really nice and feel lighter weight compared to the calphalon I was using. They conduct heat really well and like that I can use a lower flame. I have had no staining issues, and have even stored tomato sauce in one overnight. I do hand wash them and use silicone cooking utensils. After three months of use, I have noticed a couple of small chips in the rims which is likely due to storing with other pots and pans, so I wouldn’t consider them as durable as calphalon, but I had the old school professional series, and really don’t think anything will ever be as durable as those! If you are looking for an affordable, nice looking, non-stick set, I would give these a try.

Absolutely love this brand. The pots are amazing, stand up to a lot of use and are just what I have been looking for all my life. I have bought 4 sets of this brand for me and as gifts. Everyone loves them.

I purchased a set of GreenPan Padova Ceramic Non-Stick 10Pc Cookware Set, Light Blue – CC000386-001 from GreenPan through Amazon on July 27, 2020. On August 9, 2020, while washing the 2 quart saucepan, the Thermolon coating chipped off in a circle on the side, measuring about 1/4 of an inch. I did not misuse the product in any way, maintaining low to medium cooking temperatures, using only silicone utensils with the cookware, and not using an abrasive surface in cleaning.I believed the cookware had a lifetime warranty – knowing it at least had a short-term warranty – and contacted the company regarding what the next steps might be in getting this issue rectified. The company’s response was shocking to me: “Our cookware is PFAS so chips, dents or scratches will not affect the performance of the pan or your health. However you are within the 30 day guarantee period with the retailer and can return the cookware for an exchange or refund.” I was not interested in returning the entire 10 piece set – I just wanted one pot replace so I felt safe eating from it.I was shocked at the cavalier attitude the company seemed to have towards my health and their product, so I responded with some questions: “Just to be clear, are you telling me that a chip in the cooking surface of the pot, through which I can see and feel rough metal, is not something that is covered under warranty? And, further, that I could continue using this pot – with a quarter-inch hole in the cooking surface – and be perfectly safe eating the food? And, one more thing, that I could continue using this pot – with a quarter-inch hole in the cooking surface – and NOT expect the chip in the coating to get larger??”At this point, the representative did not answer my questions, but asked for a picture so she could “try to get replacements.” However, by this time I realized that I agreed with her initial recommendation and did not want to risk any more damaged pots or pans (so I would not have to risk going through this process again) and started looking for a box big enough to send the whole set back to Amazon. The more expensive pans that I purchased the same day from the GreenPan Chatham line seem to have a better cooking surface – I’m hoping anyway.Beware… I’m not sure just what their warranty will cover if it doesn’t cover straight-up holes in their cooking surface.

The pots and pans work fine, but the design of the lids is faulty as the handles of the lids (not the pots/pans themsleves) get too hot to handle when cooking. I burned my fingers and dropped the lid when I tried lifting it while cooking. You must use a potholder or towel to lift the lid while cooking, which is very inconvenient when you’re moving around quickly with many pots/pans on the stove. I would rethink purchasing this set just because of this inconvenience, but I’ve used everything already. The material of the lid handles should be made of another material that does not conduct heat.
