This Green pan came packaged very well – not a mark or dent on it. I’ve used it several times in the past few days for bacon, scrambled eggs, browning beef strips for Pepper Steak, etc. It cleans up easy peasy, which I love as I cook from scratch a lot. The info doesn’t mention the bottom exterior of the pan which is a little rough – but I like that feature as I have a gas stove with cast iron trivets over the cooking areas. The pan stays securely in place and can’t slide around. This pan is fairly heavy – at least heavier than my Calphalon and I love the handle. It’s easy to hold and quite sturdy. I’m pleased to recommend this excellent cookware. Now, to find some silicon utensils!

Just received the GreenPan, used it for making a cheese omelette this morning and it worked perfectly. It was shipped in a protective box so arrived in perfect condition, unlike a couple of other skillets I’ve ordered. It’s very solidly made, nice weight, and a flat bottom so liquids stay evenly distributed. Heated in the normal time on my induction top, cooked the omelette evenly and quickly, it slid out of the pan with no sticking at all, and cleaning the pan was a breeze. Worked exactly as I had hoped. Can’t speak to durability yet, but so far I would highly recommend it.

Posted a video using the 9.5” green pan omega for the first time. First off I love it! Cooked a Chuck eye steak, I got a nice sear and crust on the steak. Used a bit under medium heat the whole time, don’t go more than medium heat, you won’t need to. Veggies went in right after and then a quick saffron rice. I cooked the steak, veggies and rice one right after the other, as you can see the result after cooking with it was a clean pan! Cleaning was a cinch obviously! Weight is not a problem, I think it’s pretty light. I also bought the 12”, can’t wait to use it! I hope y’all enjoy this pan as much as I do!

I did quite a bit of research before deciding on a ceramic GreenPan. I tried 2 different fry pans, this one and also their G5. I much preferred this one and ended up ordering the 11″ also. I prefer the anodized black outside over stainless which is much harder to keep looking nice. The only downside is that it didn’t come with a lid but I’m looking for one that will fit each of the pans I bought, it will just be a matter of time….

Pan is thicker than most pans, great coating, how old is his heat really well for soft scrambled eggs that are nice and warm when you serve them
