I must say this is a bad investment.
Considering the price point and pan to be Ceramic and non toxic, I looked it as an investment in my kitchen but buying this pan is a waste of money. If you look at the video, due to temperature setting below high, i see a dent in the centre, thereby, if I cook anything in the centre, it ends up in the corners. I treated this pan with utmost care not using harsh scrubs but a mild- medium one, and I still see burnt marks on it. I was fine with the burnt marks but the dent protuding outwards cannot be taken. Absolute waste of money for me

Will-Stick Pan
The main reason I bought this pan was to fry eggs. I bought it about a year ago and it seemed alright if I kept the temperature low and used olive oil. Now it doesn’t seem to matter what I do; eggs stick immediately and cleaning the pan is a pain.

I really enjoy being able to use this for pasta, such as carbonara, where you mix the pasta with the sauce before serving. The high sides reduce spillage, and the pan is very nonstick and easy to clean.

Very durable, but very sticky
The pan became so sticky after a few weeks’ usage, at the beginning I thought I bought a perfect pan, but it lost its’ non-stickibility. the durability of the surface is 5 star, I can only barely see very small scrtaching lines after a few months, almost invisible. I guess there is no real non-sticky material in this world.

My family absolutely loves this Wok! We bought the skillet version of this pan, and were immediately converted to ceramic pan lovers. After years of using teflon-type nonstick pans, and all the chemicals that leached into our food from peeling coatings, we’re finally free of that mess!The ceramic surface is so slick, and is just as if not more nonstick than Teflon. It cleans easily, is convenient to stick in the oven for cooking and reheating meals, and looks great in our kitchen. What a great choice for healthy and convenient cooking for a big family.The only negative is that it needs to be treated to remove crud that builds up over time (similar to but less maintenance than cast iron and carbon steel). To treat it, Greenpan recommends boiling water with baking soda in the pan, scrubbing it clean, and then using a product called the Magic Eraser for a final polish. After that, voila! the nonstick surface is restored. It’s a bit of work, but easier than cast iron, or carbon steel, and better than teflon (which can’t be restored).We loved it so much that we bought the Wok verson of this pan!

Nice, big wok, really non stick. Have only used 2 weeks so far, but looks promising. It’s a little bit heavy, but not extremely heavy. Enough heavy that you would expect from this quality and size.
