A new favorite frying pan. Hefty weight. Even cooking and truly non stick. Super easy to clean. No need for dishwasher. Great, handy size.Highly recommend!

This is our second GreenPan, the first being a lower tiered model. That said, we’ve had great success with both pans. What we like about GreenPans including this one.* Cooks well. These pans are at base, nice aluminum pans. They cook evenly and are compatible with a large number of cooking surfaces.* Cleans easily. This pan cleans up really nice. Eggs, our go-to Friday dinner slides right off of these pans.* Durability. We haven’t had any issue with the interior cooking surface though we do find the edges chip up almost too easily.* Aesthetics. This pan is the most “personal preference” pan we own. The combo of the forest green exterior and natural wood look handle (it’s bakelite) won’t be everyone’s style. As to whether it looks better in person, I’d say the pictures here tell the story pretty well. It’s a green or burgundy red pan with a natural wood look handle. (I’m happy to see they’ve added black which in my humble opinion is a much more universal color scheme.)* Lid. Fits well and works as expected. In summary if you’re looking for a non-stick pan that is PFOA-free, performs well, and has a rustic vibe then this is definitely a pan to consider. There are many companies that now sell a ceramic based non-stick pan but GreenPan is the original and this pan performs.

Been using this pan for about 1 week now, I ran into some issues where eggs stuck to the Pan but i think its because i didn’t heat it up enough. There is one thing i noticed as I wash the pan now, the wood handle sort of shifts (rotates) so it might not be that sturdy or when it just comes into contact with water its more prone to expanding. Overall the Pan is great, its pretty easy to wash, i think you have to be more aware of temperatures as you start to cook on it.One issue that i found is the sticker. I wish they didn’t use the sticker in the center of the pan or cooking area. They could’ve made a tag that goes around the handle or even the lid.. as you can see in the last photo there is a residue of the sticker area even after washing… this is something that bothered me.

This pan has been working great for us so far. It heats up evenly and the non-stick surface has worked flawlessly. We do a lot of stir-fry cooking, but generally use a little oil and keep the heat down to less than half power when using non-stick pans. Love that this pan is dishwasher-safe and it does seem to do fine in the dishwasher. $35 is a reasonable price for a good quality non-stick 11″ pan with a nicely fitted glass lid.

This product is a complete joke. I just bought it a month ago probably used it 5 times since and even coating it with olive oil didn’t help. I could not even cook eggs on this without it sticking and making it hard to clean. What a waste of money!
