GP5 incorporates 15 years of cook-centric innovations in one cutting-edge collection. This extraordinarily engineered pan is in a class all its own. You may not notice the integrated technologies at first glance, but you’ll appreciate them when you start cooking. This spacious 12” frypan makes it effortless to craft one-pan dinners, sear family-sized steaks, and make a full spread of crispy veggies. No matter what you’re making, you can use less oil and get more contact with this pan’s innovative Balance Pro Base. All pans flex when they’re heated, but this ultra-tough 5mm thick pan is designed to flex internally, meaning oil stays where you put it and your food gets maximum contact with the pan. We invented ceramic nonstick cookware 15 years ago, and we’ve perfected it with Infinite8. This groundbreaking ceramic nonstick coating is the most advanced ceramic nonstick ever made. It’s ultra-durable, scratch-resistant, and features layers of diamonds for extraordinary performance. No other coating comes close. As always, it’s PFAS-free to make every meal healthier. The pan features Magneto Induction Technology for remarkable performance on all stovetops, including induction. The sturdy stainless steel handle is reverse riveted to create a smooth, snag-free interior. Oven and broiler safe to 600˚F. Dishwasher safe for easy cleanup.

    In 1 word : Wow!
    Great quality worth the price.

Greenspan GP5 not great on induction elements
Based on consumer reviews we bought Greenspan GP5 skillets for our induction range. While the pans seemed durable enough and cleaned well, they did not perform well as skillets on induction elements. It seemed only mildly magnetic, took ages to heat and boiled food rather than sautéd or browned it. It was frustrating since it had been so well rated so if you have an induction range, don’t use this line of pans. We called the company helpline and their solution was just to turn the element on high which is contrary to their written instructions for use.

    Very good quality product.

Truly non stick pans with a healthier cooking surface. Heavier than most skillets.

If you are on the hunt for a one-set purchase that will get you just about everything you need in the kitchen, particularly for an induction cooktop, you have found what you are looking for.I really love my GreenPan set, I’ve had them for awhile, and it was actually after searing a very large steak last night I decided it was time for a review. Normally, you would use a cast iron for the kind of searing I needed to do, (a large top sirloin), but I didn’t have one handy so I busted out the 11″ and said “Screw it, might as well see how good we can get it with this.” I was able to properly sear and crust my steak, and even with a HEAVY well-developed fond on the bottom of the pan, it was a sinch to remove with hot water and a little dish soap in the sink this morning. Didn’t have to apply much pressure at all, no damage to the pan or nonstick coating. This morning I made eggs in that same pan after cleaning it, forgot to throw down some butter first, but I was still able to move them off them pan without much issue. Even thin/burned pieces of eggwhite pull away from the pan with very little pressure. Its things like that that made me think “Man these are the best pans I’ve ever had, I really should review them or something” and got me here today. And that’s on top of the fact that in the year plus I’ve had them, I’ve used them for literally everything else I’ve needed to make as well, and I never thought much of it. It all just worked. The only other regularly used pot or pan I turn to outside this set is my dutch oven, and only for specific recipes where it makes sense. I also want to point out the GP5s are pretty damn thick in terms of construction and that’s very important not only for durability but for imparting heat into food without the temperature of the pan dipping below where you want it to be.I would recommend gently sink washing all of these items and pairing them with silicone kitchen tools. That’s what I’ve been doing since I got them and they remain in great shape. All in all this is a great set, warrant their price, and I’d recommend them to anyone that wants a solid set of well constructed cookware, particularly if you’re sick of issues with lesser and lower priced pots and pans like I was.

Never owned ceramic cookware before. I was totally pleased to see the perfectcoating on each pan, really nice quality all around.Cooked an omelette, came out perfect and slipped right off the pan.Easy to clean. no need for dishwasher which is bad anyway as detergents are abrasive

Really like these, heat well, super non-stick, I’ve been careful to follow the basic instructions (don’t get them too hot, no metal utensils) and they have held up perfectly. While other pans might be sturdier, they have chemicals (PFAS, etc.) I don’t want in my body, I would rather take it a bit slower and not use metal utensils than have that garbage get in my food. These work great, are super easy to clean, and keep that garbage out of my body, so super win-win as far as I’m concerned.
