Green Pan, So Far So Good!
Received pan today, good weight and sturdy construction. Took it out for a test drive and made a basic 3 egg cheese omelette, used about 1/2 teaspoon of ghee and the pan performed perfectly!That said, I find the true test for these nonstick pans is How long the coatings last! Time will tellCheers

I have a very small green pan that I got to try before I invested in a larger one. I loved it so much I had to get another! Recommended by top chefs, food doesn’t stick and I love the fact that no harsh chemicals were used to coat the pan like most other non stick pans. I got the 8” size … will be buying the larger size soon!

The worst pan ever
I bought this pan after reading some nice reviews. After using it for 3 weeks, this pan not only spoils the eggs but is super difficult to clean after that. Dnt recommend it just to save a couple of Dollars

I like it, but…
Well made. Looks great. Mostly works, but for some reason my induction cook top does not see the pan and shuts off for a few seconds, and then comes back on. It can do this over and over. Sometimes it just works. I have no theory as to why this should happen. (The cook top is 7 years old and has no problem with any other pan.)

I use this pan everyday. A few drops of avocado oil is needed. Easy to clean. Should be healthier because ceramic doesn’t peel away.

The GreenPan GP5 Hard Anodized Ceramic Non-Stick 8″ Frying Pan is a delight to use. Unlike every other 8″ skillet I’ve ever owned, this one sits perfectly flat: It’s balanced and won’t tilt toward the handle. It works fine on my induction stovetop. The ceramic interior is non-stick and easy to clean, although I’ve only had it for a short time. In my experience, every non-stick pan I’ve owned (from original “Teflon” to today’s varied coatings) becomes sticky after a time, usually within a year if used regularly. So, I’m not expecting miracles. This is my second ceramic coated pan, and I’m looking forward to seeing how long they last compared to the chemical/plastic coated pans. I’m happy so far.

Verás por mi comentario anterior que estoy encantada con mi nueva sartén. Parecía hacer todo lo que deseaba. Por eso estaba dispuesta a pagar un precio mucho más alto que el que pagué en el pasado por sartenes antiadherentes que nunca alcanzaron lo que pensé que tenía con la sartén Green. Sin embargo, después de poco menos de 6 meses de uso diario, ahora muestra los signos de las sartenes más antiguas y más baratas que he comprado en el pasado. La comida ahora se pega a la sartén a pesar de que se ha utilizado según las instrucciones y se ve tan bien como el día que llegó. ¿Qué se puede hacer para restaurar la característica antiadherente de la sartén que tenía cuando era nueva? Esta es la cuarta sartén Gree que he comprado a través de Amazon y todas han tenido el mismo problema que pensé que no existiría en la que recibí a principios de febrero de este año.

I love this little skillet! The slick non-stick surface works very well, although we are advised to use a tiny bit of oil and not cook on it dry. So I do. Everything glides well and sears beautifully. Cleanup is truly a breeze, too. I like it so well that I’m going to get a larger model.
