    Great Frying Pan
    This pan works extremely well, heats evenly when cooking and keeps food from sticking. It has also been very easy to clean. Highly recommend.

    Non-stick?
    Only non-stick if you always cook at low heat. Cook at high heat once and your done. I bought this to sear steaks and unfortunately the non-stick feature is destroyed.

    Make sure it’s heated before adding food otherwise it will stick. It does takes a while to heat but it’s because if the hard anodize technology but it makes it super hardy! I love it and recommend it!

    When I need another pan of any kind I would buy from this company. This skillet is the best induction skillet I have ever bought. I was extremely happy with this skillet and its healthy cooking and everything they said in there description was true. Highly satisfied. Triple A rating.

    These pans are fantastic except for the fact that they chip. In less than a month! So disappointed. I got three pans with lids for over $300 and all of them are chipping. It’s frustrating because We wanted to get a non-stick and non-toxic for our young baby girl. I included pictures of all of the chipping around the corners. And we are extremely gentle with them and never put them in the dishwasher, and never use metal utensils, and are beyond careful with them. We got the 12″, the 8″ and the 12″ griddle. All of which are chipping at the edges.

    The care instructions that ship with the pan make it sound markedly less robust than do the marketing materials describing it. I’ll have to see how it holds up over time, but at the moment, I am somewhat regretting not buying a cheaper non-stick pan that I wouldn’t feel the need to baby.Its a heavy (thick) pan, and takes a while to come up to temperature. That’s to be expected, but something to be aware of. Cleans up super easy. Great at things like grilling a sandwich where a very smooth surface and even heat distribution are paramount. Conversely, poor at things like putting a sear on meat, or developing a fond. Very good at what it’s good at. Not versatile enough to be a good choice if it will be your only skillet.
