    This pan is great quality, heavy duty and should last . It would be perfect for a couple of eggs or a few breakfast sausages. It is small, compact and the ceramic coating keeps sticking and clean up to a minimum. I recommend: )

    Super Fischpfanne. Sehr zu empfehlen. Gute Hitzeverteilung, allerdings bei der Grösse besser auf zwei Kochfelder setzen. Es klebt überhaupt nichts am Boden an, wenig Fett erforderlich, nach dem Aufheizen Wärme runterschalten, ist sowieso besser für das Fischeiweiss. Einziger Nachteil: die Griffe werden heiss. Das nehme ich bei dem Bratergebnis aber gerne in Kauf.
