Great non stick pan for induction stoves
Greenpan pans are exceptional. The Chatham range is less expensive than the Venice range and is probably better suited to a regular home cook. But beware: not all pans in the Chatham range are suitable for an induction stove. The non-stick surface could easily be cleaned with a paper towel – nothing sticks to it.

We were looking to replace a set of premium brand hard anodized Teflon coated cookware we had purchased several years ago. The hard anodized finish had disintegrated and the Teflon was shot with regular use.We looked for a stainless steel pan that had a ceramic.coated interior and lit on Greenpan. The tri ply stainless shells are strong, sturdy, and distribute heat quickly and evenly. The ceramic coating is truly non-stick and easy to clean. We have had no issued even when using metal utensils and washing the pots and pans in our dishwasher.So far we are sold 100%.Our only complaint was finding open stock for the exact sizes we wanted. We ended up with Chatham Stainless 2.5 quart pots, and the 8″ and 11″ Venice Pro Stainless pans. Other than the Chatham pots having a somewhat darker ceramic interior, it’s hard to tell they come from different lines.Highly recommended.

I love the size, shape, cookability and clean up. What I don’t like is that the handlegets extremely hot. I have other SS pans and their handle designs seems to protect the cooks hand a lot better. I’m going to look for a guard to put on it and hope that helps.

I needed this for thick chowder and curries.Anything with sauce, I needed a lining. And I needed it bigger than my little sauce that I make gravy with.I love the new glass based linings on all of these. And that they come in a layered heat distribution system. No more hotspots or burns!

I love this pot it is nonstick and it cooks very well a little heavy but I like that texture of it and the weight of it. It cooks my food very well easy to clean thank you I will order me another one.
