These pans are A+ in my book. They are well made, the perfect size for everyday cooking, and healthy so you are not ingesting leached poisons into your foods. They have a nice weight and balance… and a good look about them. The ceramic-coated stainless steel is a hard combination to find. Most pans are aluminum coated with ceramic; a cheap combination. Now, these pans do have an aluminum core sealed with two stainless steel sides, top and bottom, for even heat distribution. That way no aluminum {a poisonous metal to humans) comes in contact with your food. So, they are safe to use. You can’t go wrong buying this pan set… what a bargain.

These pans seem well made and are super easy to clean (I hand wash). I use a tiny amount of oil when cooking and so far nothing has stuck (eggs slide right out). They are a nice weight – not too light or heavy. I wish the handles were a few inches longer but not a big deal. Very nice product.

These are hands down the worst pans I’ve owned. Mainly because they are “non-stick”. I bought them to avoid poisons like teflon, but also didn’t want stainless due to the cleaning involved. But, from day one just know that cleaning them is nearly impossible.Everything sticks and burns. I have an electric stove and only heat them to a 4 or 5 setting but that doesn’t matter. I’ve had sauces stick, eggs, etc. Bacon and meats are the worst. When I go to cook I almost get mad that I own these and now just use my Circulon pan instead, unless I have to use these. The pictures attached are from cooking bacon on level 4. The final picture is after 10 minutes of cleaning and scraping burnt bits of bacon of with my finger nails, still not clean. What’s funny is they say that they are metal utensil safe, but you can only use a sponge to clean them. Not a nylon brush, not a scrubber sponge and so on. But you can use metal tools…what? I have a silicon sponge which works fine with everything else I own except these. With these it’s great for smearing soap on top of burnt food.To wrap that up. Just buy stainless steel and be happier, cause if you have to scrub them, at least you don’t have to use your finger nails.

I liked it. But after cooking, the outside of the pan, steel side becomes yellowish easily. Even though, I completely apply cooking instructions
