Broken dream searching for the durable non-stick pan
Was at first very happy believing this would be the end of our years of search for a safe, durable, good looking, perfectly sized cooking pan for everyday use. Unfortunately we were wrong. We had learned lessons from our non-stick pans that failed in the past, and cared for this GreenPan like it’s the boss of our kitchen: only cleaned by hand with a soft cloth, never any cold water while still hot, tried our best to avoid overheating. Despite much effort, the ceramic non-stick coating is starting to fail only into about 6 months of our ownership. A small part in the center started to discolor, and recently that area is no longer non-stick. I would not have felt so dissapointed had it been one of those $9.99 pans. Remember it is not cheap. Thought we would share this in case you’re like us looking for the next non-stick pan. We’ll probably stop dreaming about the everlasting coating and move onto non-coated ones.

Eggs stick to the pan
Easy to clean, however eggs stuck to the pan even though it had oil on it, definitely not 100% non stick I’ll give it 6 outta 10

Disappointed with the Griddle
With less than one month of careful use, following all precautions while use and cleaning , the griddle is not non-stick anymore. Regular warm soapy water and sponge doesn’t even clean the pan since there is grease stuck to it! Totally disappointed!

Food stick, overheats fast, chipped ceramic coating
The pan doesn’t work, I tried making various things like omlette, pancake, crepe . It keeps sticking. I have to use tonnes of oil or butter. Gets overheated really fast . I noticed a chip in the ceramic coating. It’s just been few weeks since I got it, barely used it 10 times.

Eggs always stick
Despite using oil, every cracked egg sticks to this griddle pan making it difficult to flip them and the yolks breaking frequently. Not worth the money.

Very pleased
Have had one from a few years ago. A little heavier. But find that the food is sticking toIt. Therefore ordered this one.Glad that it is non stick, very easy cleaning, hopefully will not leak lead as time goes and food will not stick as following the instructions very closely.So far so good.

Bought to replace a 20 to non stick pan. This pan after the first few uses is hopeless. Everything sticks. Hot or cold oil or not. It does nothing that it promises. Absolute waist of money. Non stick doesn’t work. I have another Teflon pan that is 5 years old and still works perfectly.

We used this for the first time today to make pancakes and were quite pleased with the results. We purchased this item as a replacement griddle for an old Teflon flat pan, which was worn and showed signs of numerous scratches and marks. Hopefully we did not ingest too much Teflon over the years. This griddle pan is well made and feels good in your hands. The pan worked great and was very easy to clean after making pancakes. People just need to remember not to use any type of stray can cooking oils on the griddle. We would also highly recommend customers read about the limitations on this type of griddle, so they do not damage it during use. Besides the sprays not to use, do not wash in the dishwasher and do not use this on a heat setting above Medium. Otherwise, we are very happy with this product.

This is a great pan that it replaced. The last one that we had had Teflon and it was starting to wear after 15 years. Great thing about this and has a larger ledge than the one that replaced. Also, the ceramic is very easy to clean as well as the heat distribution is very even when placed in the center of the burner that you’re using. We have already roasted tomatoes, Sorrell, peppers, and onions, and none of them stick. Naturally, they made marks from burning it, but it was easy to wipe off, and there were no black stains afterwards. Just like brand new all over again! The handle is solid, and it cleans very easily without hardly any scrubbing. Just all you need is hot water, and some Dawn soap, registered nurse, and you can use it again with no problems. The pan came on time, it was packaged well, and once again, just a great flat pan to replace your old flat pan that you’ve become attached to. It doesn’t bend under extreme heat, and when you place cold water on it, it doesn’t to form like our old pan dead. Very solid metal used on this product. So:Get rid of it and get this one. You can thank me later. Very happy on this purchase.
