Firstly there was no UAE Plug.Secondly the handles melted off the slow cooker on our first attempt.We would not recommend purchasing this product.

This is a great size for a small family! I bought it to replace my 6.5 qt. slow cooker, which was cumbersome to use, big to store, and an oval shape that didn’t fit well on my stove burner. This slow cooker is 4 qt, round, fits on my stove burner, easy to wash, easy to store, and lighter to lift. I don’t mind not having a bunch of pre-defined cook cycles. This is perfect for us. Makes a great pot of chili, pulled pork, or a pot of poultry stock.
