I’ve never had a pan so easy to clean in my life. Super friendly to use. Nothing sticks. I cook eggs on this regularly. The handle is weighted nicely with the grip stick being generous. Love these and might buy the set next.

We eat a lot of eggs, usually for breakfast. These make cooking so much easier. Clean-up is fast. You know how a lot of pans you have to set aside to “soak”. You never have to do that with these. They clean up so easy that, as soon as they cool down, I run them under the water wipe with a soft sponge and put them back in the cabinet. Just follow the instructions about care and they will be a great addition to your kitchen.

I like the color and performance of these pans. They seem to distribute heat evenly and are pretty much nonstick. (I just cooked ground chicken and it rinsed cleanly). My concern is the bottom of the pan does not have the metal heat conduction ring that most normally have; and I’m concerned that repeated heating will eventually damage the coating. It also came with a “Quick Tips” guide for optimal longevity, which included no high heat, no sprays and no scrubber sponges. It just seems I’ll have to treat them with kid gloves. I prefer low-maintenance cookware that can withstand higher temperatures. I love the weight of them. They do produce good results, and they are a nice addition to having extra pans. The smaller size is ideal for a couple of eggs. They just require a lot of care for something so utilitarian.
